As a biblical counselor I see this "joy in the journey" so true! You two are right on. Accept who you are, enjoy that person and know that you are made in God's image. You can be the person who thrives just being you!

In my view, process is like a road, and each road has some stations for resting; I call these stations outcomes!

What a great reminder... I can't control the outcome but I can control my next choice. My initial goal was to be more mindful of what I was doing- eating, exercise, stretching, etc. being present is the important thing. Finding joy in that present sometimes isn't very easy to do- when you are doing a swim workout that is kicking your butt or skipping that bowl of ice cream or whatever it is. Being mindful and joyful in the present! Thanks guys!

Yet do you know about people that know how to bring about results?
