Learn Fashion Design in 6 Months

Riohs Originate LTD is a Fashion Design Service and Training Company Located in Dzorwulu.
We offer a 6 months training in fashion design and illustration followed by a 3 months internship.
What You Will Learn?
Our course is tailored to teach the basic practical areas of clothing and construction. This is to encourage versatile yet creative thinkers. The core aim is to allow students uncover and unlock their potential in fashion within the shortest possible time. You will study under such discipline but dynamic conditions which has produced a lot of great talents in Ghana and beyond.
At the end of the six (6) month course, students will learn the following under the disciplines we offer at Riohs Originate:
Fashion design
1: The use of industry terminologies and equipment in appropriate ways.
2: An in depth understanding of the different types of sewing machines and accessories.
3: Thoroughly understand Notions, Fabrics and how to handle them.
4: Understand the different types of sewing techniques.
5: How to take body measurement, draft, cut and sew.
6: How to create a fashion collection.
Fashion illustration
1: How to sketch a basic fashion croquis and clothe it in at least two (2) different poses.
2: Learn concept development in creating a fashion collection
Bonus courses
1: Have appreciable knowledge of fashion runway presentation, concept development ,pricing and branding
2: Demonstrate professionalism by managing time to meet deadlines with quality work and effectively collaborating in teams.

Tuition
Our tuition fee is Gh¢4500 for Ghanaians and $1250 for Foreign students
Admission
Admissions are given upon completion
of our online aptitude test..

Admission Requirements
RIOHS surmises that you’re a novice in the wonderful world of fashion therefore you do not need any experience or previous qualifications in fashion to take our course.
However, our course is designed to follow rigorous instruction and assignment schedules. You are therefore strongly advised to be ready to commit fully to a highly demanding yet intriguing course.
We especially look out for individuals who are passionate about fashion, self motivated, and willing to learn. While we remain committed to providing needed direction, we expect our students to possess high levels of emotional maturity and intelligence, and be able to produce results in a challenging and extremely competitive environment.
