How big is the giraffe hap usually when it gets it’s blue if it’s a male

It depends on alot of factors.
In a species only tank i would say 3.5 to 4 inches.
In this case which is a mixed species tank i would say more aroun 5.5 to 6.5 inches depending on what species it is kept with .
I suspect this one might be female but it is starting to show a few signs of male jurybis still out . I vented around 3.5 inches but very hard to tell

Yes, It's a female Venustus. Male Venus cichlids start coloring up after 3.5inches.
