I enjoyed your coverage of this show better than Gardeners World. You gave us a much more in depth perspective. As I live in the USA we don’t have shows like this so it’s much appreciated!

Thanks Amy, it makes me realise how lucky we are to have such incredible shows

I agree. For those of us here in the States, I prefer these more in-depth tours of the RHS shows. One of these years it’s a dream of mine to go back to England and see the Chelsea Flower Show and tour some gardens such as Sissinghurst, Munstead Wood etc.

OMG! This is my absolute favorite kind of video, I could truly tour the British flower shows all day! My local library has copies of many Chelsea flower shows over the years and even though I've seen them several times each l still check them out occasionally and watch again. This video was loads of fun, you did a great job filming and narrating... I will be watching it again. Thanks for taking us along on this really cool outing. 😎✌️💚

Thank you for sharing! The borders gave lots of ideas. I love your enthusiasm & passion & how you know so many of the plant names. Mixing flowers with vegetables has been a goal of mine this year, and am always keen to hear how certain flowers ward off certain pests. And, oh, the Allium display! The Artic Blast we had in the States (TN) in December took my first attempt this year. I’m hoping to try them again this Fall. Thanks again!

Lots of information here. After watching the Long Border section last night, I came to the conclusion I needed some yellow Achillea and ordered some plants online; I must stop doing that ! I went for Achilea 'Credo' which I hope is not too tall. Also Rudbeckia 'Prairie Sun' you filmed in the Floral Marquee, is one I grow often and is a very good variety - the deep yellow seems to look good with most things for some reason. The plants are slow to establish but eventually thrive - when grown as an annual. Thanks for your tour of Tatton show.

Oh my gosh, just looked up Achillea ‘credo’ and it looks lovely and says it has very strong stems which is often the problem with a achillea, isn’t it? Beth Chatto’s website is great for plants - I might have to order it too!!!

@@MurphysGarden Crickey, please no don't, stop immediately ! You have already got more plants than Bunny Guiness. I know nothing about yellow Achillea varieties, so just took a chance. Try a packet of Prairie sun seeds instead - 25 seeds in a foil pack, 15 to 18 will germinate, a 3 month struggle then success. Fifteen pence a plant - no guilt.
