Not sure what you are trying to do. You can't edit the sample (do that in an audio waveform editor like Audacity before importing). But the notes in the piano roll can can moved around by dragging.
when i hover my cursor over the E-Piano in the plug-ins section there was no arrow on the right side to change AU Instrument - there are only arrows below to add in new effects for the E-Piano
Do you know how to share your own sample patches to another computer? I shared the patch with a friend and also the samples and au preset file. He put that in the same subfolders as me but still the patch was just empty. Appreciate any help! Great video!

In Garageband, go to Preferences, Sound/Midi, and make the sure Enable Audio Units is checked on. --- try doing that?

For me the keyboard doesn’t show up after clicking stereo. Only the knobs show…

Maybe using an older version of GarageBand? Did you try restarting the app and creating a new song?
