What happens if your ceiling mount is not high enough 😪...my ceiling beam is only 6” 8inches high, my bag would be touching the ground

You may find a way to shorten the chain with some rope or cables?
Otherwise having a bag touching the floor isnt the worst thing!
Alot of Muay Thai students love a bag touching the ground for heavy leg kicks! :)

Should I get a 5ft or 6ft banana bag for home use to practice boxing and muay thai? My ceiling is 8ft tall and don't want bag to hit floor?

Hey mate, either size should be fine, we state 2.4metres ( 8ft ) is the height to hang boxing bags from, a 6ft bag may JUST touch the floor to be JUST off :)
