Question: have you noticed a decrease in arthritis as you grow older on a raw vegan diet? My partner is 67 and we are going to transition but he’s complaining about worsening arthritis symptoms as we are eating some cooked foods like pasta from jovial and potatoes.

Eating whole plant based foods generally lowers inflammation in the body which should help with arthritis. There might be particular foods some people need to avoid. Can’t really say from personal experience as I haven’t experienced arthritis before or after. 🙂
