I'm sure this vid will help in rationalization of the plethora of arctic fans, can't wait for the ARCTIC-P12-PWM-PST-ARGB-0dB-Ultra-Pro-Max 66 ValuePack
How come the results are so different to the one where you tested the BioniX P120 and concluded it "leaves the P12 a bit in the dust"? If someone took your advice then and bought a bunch of bionixes, that would be pretty annoying now :)
In your testing, did you come across the P12 making a high pitched whine while changing speeds? I bought a Arctic Liquid Freezer 360 and the fans (3 x P12) are annoying with that high pitched whine, the way I got around it is to set a custom fan curve in the Motherboard BIOS so it sits at 80% fan speed all the time and only goes up to 100% at 80 degrees. This got rid of the whine, I did get in touch with Arctic, they sent me 3 replacement fans which I bench tested, they make the same noise when set horizontally as my AIO is placed (in top of case, fans blowing air through the radiator and out of the case), but they seem to be fine in the vertical position (case fan set up). I love the Liquid Freezer's performance at keeping my 5900x cool, but if I would have known about these fans whine noise, I would have looked elsewhere for a different brand of AIO.
its a characteristic of the fan motor. At certain RPM they sound bad. Just find these RPM and avoid them through a fan curve. Rumour has it the RGB and ARGB versions doesnt have thise issue.
@@FTWGame0N I've since given up on the Arctic P12 fans and replaced them with 3 Noctua redux fans (already had 2 of them), it's been running well since. The Noctua fans have better static pressure and use just a little less amps than the P12 fans, so far so good! They are a little noisier at higher RPMs than the P12's though but the system seldom ramps up the fans to the point they are noisy. :)
All they have to do is take that t30 approach and update their bionix p120 a-rgb fans to make use of that extra space. And they would get one of the best performing and looking fans there is. I mean specially for casafan use only, these few mm should still be easy to fit in most cases.

Cool! Can't wait

Nice review. I'll go for p12 a-rgb. Better noise/perf/price. Bionix p120 a-rgb got me disappointed little bit.
Bought a couple weeks ago 3 P120pwm white fans for my P360a case, and a Arctic Freezer Sports E34duo white for cooling my 5800x
What are your comments on cooling and noise performancebro I'm thinking to do the same setup for my 5800x
@@bruhyldrm5191 i have it for my 5800x with 3 on the case , and with a Artic freezer esports 34duo, and its super silent and cooler!
are the p12s good as rear exhaust fans? I have an o11 air mini as a case
P is for intake, F is for the back side
Thank You!
Bionix P12(Non rgb) better than P12 pwm pst for AIO Deepcool LT720?

Have you seen their P12 max, not the T30 way, but damn
@@STSYT pretty damn good just saw it few days ago
Awesome explanation!
Please, do the same video for 140mm fans of arctic
Maybe one day. These videos take a long time to make. + I would need 140mm radiators suitable for these kinds of videos
Does the bionix argb have a back ring as well or is the argb only visible from front
No. The ring will shine a bit through the center though. Just don't expect the effect to be as effective as from the front.
You mentioned having a Discord server. What is it called if it's public or how does one join if it's not?
Yep, seems like I forgot to put it into the description this time:

Графики через жопу сделаны, зачем так все усложнять?
Ah yes, one of the few channels I let ads roll for ^^ the least I can do..
