3 Tips to Help You in the RVH

Here's a little guidance from one of our recent training lessons on the RVH.
The RVH can be a really difficult move to learn, and frustrating for new users of the move. The three tips in this video are the three fundamental things you have to be able to do in order to slide back into your post.
