- Hey guys! Welcome to my first video in the new decade and 2020! In this one, I'm flying Southwest Airlines aboard a B737-700 from St. Louis, Missouri to Baltimore, Maryland! After a blip in the radar on my last flight, this was right back on par with what I'd expect from Southwest Airlines. The FAs were very nice and funny, the flight departed early & arrived early, and there was some fantastic sunset views as we headed east. Was a nice short trip to the Music City and I absolutely need and definitely will go back sometime in the future. Hope you guys enjoy!

I did not realize SW had so many 700 versions of the 737 but in watching your vlogs, there seem to be quite a few still. I did watch your vlog getting you to STL from BNA and your experience with the flight attendant but you should be thankful it was just one of them. I have flown on United where the flight was great and no problem whatsoever, then there were the flights that nothing went well, and that seemed to be way United was. I do not recall ever flying United where the flight was in between, it was either or. Thanks for the memories and for all the hard work you put in bringing us your vlogs!
I am super happy you are doing southwest again like in the past
are you heading back up Baltimore Maryland from st. Louis
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! This is by far one of the best trip report channels I've seen
I flew from Saint Louis to Baltimore with my Worldstrides class for the Washington DC and New York trip!!!!!
Great video man! U somehow managed to teach me the enjoyment of ever flight from little things like the napkin crossword puzzles. Thank you for uploading. You earned a subscriber
I like the video and audio quality. It feels like I’m sitting on the plane listening to those beautiful engines power up.
Glad you like it :)
Great vid thanks for posting.
Great first video of 2020! Hope you had a great New Years! I’m glad this flight made up for the previous flight because Southwest is a truly great airline.
Thank you! You as well!
Great to see the old D concourse looking so spiffy!
Nice video to start the year
I was there that night. I HATE both landing and departing Rwy 15R lol! Such a complex operation. But still love your videos! Thanks as always
Great video, mate! Loved hearing the FA's announcement, it was right on par with Southwest :) A few days ago, on Spirit, the flight attendant said "in the likely event of a water landing", but she wasn't joking around! Thanks for sharing :)
Thanks man! Haha I've had a few funny Spirit FAs, but they'll never beat SW's
@@thejazzguy13 Don’t those CFM 56 jet engines sound like diesel engines?
Southwest Trip Reports is Awesome!!!!
Keep out the good work!
Great video Jazzguy! Good to see Southwest treated you better this time :) The FA’s definitely were much better.
Solid Southwest flight, exactly what you expect from them here.

Haha! Just released a video today that was identical! Same route, same plane, same airline! Just filmed one month earlier. Even the same time of day! That's pretty crazy!
I love your videos I’m a big fan
Hey thanks a lot man!
I can’t wait for the day you can arrive to the airport 15 min before your flight... and get to your destination j/s

Shout-out to the lady at 25:50 taking her suitcase for a drag
Oh and be sure to try out some of Southwest Airlines delicious pretzels, the lady who gave us the tour give us your whole bag of them to keep in her classroom
I am a ramp agent at BWI I might see you at some point ;)
Maybe :)
thejazzguy13 Aviation maybe
When I flew Southwest from Minneapolis to St. Louis, our plane parked at that same gate E12.
Hey man, did you know that my friend celina is a fan of Southwest Airlines, last year we even went on a tour of the airport at Terminal 2, the best part was we got to see Southwest Airlines planes being pushed back and taxi out to the runway beautiful you're taking off from its called Lambert International Airport, or L I A, for short, even though I took the Metrolink there once actually twice, oh and get this, last year wile me and my mom and my grandpa and my sister we're on our way to the Santas Magical Kingdom light show, right when we were about to get on the highway to head to Bridgeton and go get something to eat a Southwest airplane just flew right above our heads that's right right above our car
i remember seeing this instagram post in october
I like your videos thejazzguy13
Maybe it's because I've mostly just changed planes there instead of beginning and ending a journey there, but to me BWI is one of America's better airports. Don't know where it gets its bad rap.
Btw what do you record with
i always check where my connecting gate is on the plane with the in flight entertainment under flight tracking and arrivals and connections and check the tv monitors in the terminal after i get off the plane for gate changes and flight delays i was in st louis in june my layover from omaha to Atlanta went from a 2 hour 10 minute layover to a 3 hour 45 minute layover due to in bounding flight happened to be Atlanta was delayed due to weather went from E 10 to E 24 then gate changed to E 8, I have even flown to and from Orlando from Omaha via st Louis and people on my previous flight also connect to the same flight like I do
By the way Saint Louis is actually the town I live in
How long was the flight?
Ladies and gentlemen the captain has requested for us flight attendants to remain seated during the flight due to turbulence the captain also does not want the flight attendants to get hurt so we not going to do our Southwest inflight service
Have fun with turbulence during a thunderstorm is not so fun when the aircraft is bouncing around
