    instead of 12dbi you should bought 18dbi omni. thats because 12dbi is just normal one not the specially use for boost signal but just to get a signal.

      Get parabolic antenna. It need to be pair with satellite dish. It have range support up to 25KM.
      If pair with standard 65cm dish, you get REAL 24dbi gain. If pair with 100cm dish you can get 32dbi gain

    Thank you. Waiting for Yagi antenna demo. Planning to buy one. I'm currently in rural areas for sometime and the nearest tower is between 3-4 kms.
    One important question: do signal drop whilst using Yagi or lpda. I checked in my Huawei 4G router....signal test shows sometimes green and sometimes orange.. its not stable. Why? Btw I'm using LPDA antenna currently and I guess it's good for upto 1 km radius tower.
    Your suggestion on Yagi will be appreciated 🙏

      Hi There. Sure, am currently testing Yagi Antenna however, am currently searching for a location where i might have less signal, I stay in CIty so most of the towers are close by and am not able to test the full potential of the Yagi antenna,
      In regards to the second question, i have not faced any signal drops and few instance i have used it for logging in for my office work without a problem. Stay tuned for the Yagi antenna update. Thank you.

      Agree. It will be difficult for you to test but I would say just check on your existing setup whether it's give any improvement or not as compare to lpda. Also NetMonster app shows all nearby tower from that reference you can point your Yagi Antenna towards far away tower.

    Hi friend ..My honest opinion its better to spend money by buying just one parabolic antenna then wasting on different kind of antenna and spend time and energy to it..know the band ur telco provider use and locate the cell tower..just direct the antenna to the tower which the signal coming from..

    Hello bro! I'm trying the same like installing antenna to my Archer600 router.
    My stock antenna test was inside the house -> 30 - 35 MB download
    -> 1 - 2 MB upload speed.
    Inside the house I got only 4G speed but in terrace I got speeds upto 70+ MB in my OnePlus 7t mobile.
    Please suggest a best antenna setup for me.
    I bought one lpda antenna (OXYWAVE) and installed but it's not doing greater than my stock antennas.
    Might be I have to use two lpda antenna to get the gain?

    • @diyIndia
      @diyIndia  3 роки тому +2

      i would suggest you to go with the one more LPDA Antenna, as only one antenna does not help and i have tested it with one LPDA antenna and the speeds are bad. Get another LPDA Antenna and try it, will work for sure. Now coming to the question on the speed on oneplus 7t, the MR600 does not support CA in stock firmware and speed in mobile is always good than the MR600 router. That's the irony of our MR600 router.

    I have seen your lpda external antenna video and brought those lpda antenna for my tp link mr 600 video . Now I am getting speed above 25mbps at any time . But if I keep Yagi antennas ( nearest airtel tower is almost 0.5 km ) instead of the lpda antenna how much speed can I get ?
    Can you mention the cost of Yagi antennas ?

    • @diyIndia

      Glad that you were able to increase the speed using LPDA antenna.

    • @skids-rf5iw
      @skids-rf5iw 3 роки тому +4

      Lpda support wide band meaning it support different frequencies but low gain when compared to Yagi. Also less elements in different lengths is placed in Zig Zag manner in order to receive wide frequencies.
      Yagi is narrow band antenna. Meaning it support few frequencies(say 2400mhz to 2500mhz) but when compared to lpda it have multiple driven element, reflector so it have better gain.
      But physical as well as cost wise Yagi is big.
      If you have good signal in lpda no need to go to Yagi.
      If your cell tower far away say 3-5 km you need Yagi.
      If cell tower is located 10 km or more then you need very narrow antennas like parabolic grid.
