400g / 14 oz Penne
2 Ground beef patties
Season with Salt and Black pepper
1 tsp Meat Seasoning
200g / 7 oz Shiitake Mushrooms or any variety
1 Garlic clove
Green onion
1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Ginger Root
1 tbsp Butter
60g / 2 oz Parmesan cheese

Today I will share with you very easy, quick and delicious recipe!
This dish is one recipe calling for leftover pasta. It's also very versatile. Substitute almost any cheese for the Parmesan (or leave it out altogether) and toss in any cooked vegetable or meat. Make it your own. This is very easy and delicious dish for busy nights when you don't have time to cook!
INGREDIENTS:
115g (1/4 pound) spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine or other long pasta (or about 220g (1/2 pound) cooked pasta)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp butter or extra virgin olive oil
2 slices bacon or minced pancetta, prosciutto (optional)
6 eggs
85g (3 ounces) Parmesan cheese
Bake just until top is set, about 6 minutes at 360°F / 180°C

INGREDIENTS:
✅ Pasta:
220g (7.7oz) bucatini pasta
40g (3tbsp) parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 egg
✅ Meat sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
450g (1lb) ground beef
1 tbsp tomato paste
250ml (1 cup) diced tomatoes
2 whole cloves
2 pieces allspice
1/2 tbsp sugar
250ml (1 cup) pasta water from your spaghetti pot
Season with salt and black pepper
✅ Béchamel:
2 tbsp butter
65g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
Season with salt
700ml (3 cups) whole milk (warmed)
1 egg
✅ Assemble:
parmesan cheese, grated
✅ Preheat oven to 420°F / 215°C
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top
Allow to cool at least 20 minutes prior to slicing 😋
