Why would a landlord not have a spare key to their rental? When tenants are late or make excuses, you can bet you're going to be sorry when they move out and find your rental in terrible shape. Bully Mike: Bullies are the kind of people who have absolutely no self confidence, no social skills, and really don't like themselves. It makes them feel big by taking others down.

If your are not a member of an HOA and they send you a fine do not pay it. If you pay it they can twist it saying you are now a member of the HOA.
