Caterpillar Scraper Models (Norscot & Tonkin)

This video looks at the range of Caterpillar Scraper models in 1:50 Scale offered by Tonkin Replicas and Norscot Scale Models; ranging from the 613G, to the 657G. The only two scrapers made by Norscot in 1:50 that are not pictured, are color variations of the 623G. In 2002, they released it in a military jungle camouflage scheme, while in 2006, they re-released the 623G in 'dirty' Machines at Work paint scheme.

The bail on the 627 is handy to pull the scraper out if stuck, but it's primary use is for push/pull operating.

I am researching caterpillar scrapers and I was wondering if you knew what caterpillar models do not have handholds on their scrapers? Specifically anything after 2004, but if recent that would be super helpful as well! Thanks!

I actually drive the real Cat 613c series II elevating scraper. It’s a weak machine compared to the others of it’s class, but I still love the damn thing.
