Jaroslav Tůma, Organ
Josef Seger (born Josef Ferdinand Norbert Segert, last name also Seeger or Seegr) (21 March 1716 - 22 April 1782) was a Czech organist, composer, and educator. After graduating in philosophy from the Charles University in Prague and studying music under Bohuslav Matěj Černohorský, Jan Zach, and others, Seger became organist of two churches in Prague and remained there until his death.

It was believed for a long time as a work by Černohorský, but the publication "Alte tschechische Orgelmusik" showed its author as Seger.
This fugue in A minor is composed by Joseph Seger and not by Bohuslav Cernohorsky. The well-known Czech music scholar Jaroslaw Smolka wrote about it in 1983 in the volume "Alte tschechische Orgelmusik" (Edition Peters, Leipzig, p. 145 ff): "Even the excellent fugue in A minor, which has become very well known under his name, was obviously not written by Czernohorsky himself. [...] The fugue in A minor was earlier attributed to Czernohorsky. It fits into the context of Seger's complete works and his time according to the unambiguous author information of a newly discovered source and through its stylistic formation. The theme of dissected main triads, the repetition of the prominent motive within it, the entire polyphonic progression through all the thematic entries lead to a loosening of expression in contrast to the consistently non-periodic interweaving of voices in the strict baroque fugue. Seger's fugue in C major De temporis natalis also possesses these two traits. [...]
@@albismusic270 Fortunately I was able to buy both volumes of this edition: there are indeed some works that were completely new for me, for example,Stecber's fugue that opens the first volume. All works are really very good and beautiful.
I think this fugue is from Bohuslav Matěj Černohorský

Signora è stupendo
A prominent 18th century bohemian composer. It is very suprising that there is nothing more of him on UA-cam
Bohemian composers are backbone of the classical style.I guess the Baroque era is dominated by Germany and Italy.
