    I can confirm what you were saying about the water. I was doing a de-scale when it ran out of water and fried my machine, hence why I am checking out this video

      What sort of deal was that? I waited for all of Black Friday weekend to cyber Monday and nowhere did this model go on sale at all at least in Canada.

    I just got mines today. Everything works accept it doesn’t give me the recommended brew size. All the sizes light up.

    That can't be right! Removing the reservoir breaks the machine! LOL That's something you need to contact Keurig about! "It's pretty expensive for what it does?" Is that a good or bad thing? Expensive, but what it does makes worth it! Is the right way to say it!

    You said it brews very quick. But that's when it is already on and warmed up. Since this model turns off after 5 minutes, and that can't be overridden, most of the time I would have to wait for it to warm up, and then brew. How long is the warmup time?

    The recommended brew button is not working with the recent update. Brew ID and everything else works.

    My only issues with this machine is that the brew ID feature takes a while and makes the brewing process longer, you have to wait a good bit for it to read the pod and then….start brewing. The other thing is that I don’t like that I have to hold down the K button for what feels like an eternity to power it off. Other than those 2 things it a great machine.

    Has anyone noticed with this particular model that when you lift the handle as if to put a new pod in there’s a little bit of a humming sound but stops completely when you close it?

      yes that is a small fan drying the window that reads the top of the k cup

    I have my phone connected but my husband can't connect his? Can you only connect 1 device?

      Not sure about apple, I have android and my samsung tablet and my phone both connected. both screens showed the same thing when I put a k cup in and I could do a brew from either screen.

    Your videos are great, but I’ve noticed you respond to certain questions or responses and some you don’t. I ask a question about the recent update and some one else ask the same thing. It was about the Brew ID and not having the recommended brew. Is there a reason for the non-response?

    I was really interested in this machine, but I think the wifi thing is going to drive me nuts.... There should be a way to override it so you don't keep getting a reminder about connecting to wifi... The reason I was interested was because of the hot temperature setting, otherwise the rest of it I don't want... Thanks for your review....

    Wanted to let you know that I have a Keurig smart brewer and the exit needle broke, actually just the funnel part. I had Keurig send a replacement and they sent the whole k cup holder, but the original one, without the lip on the holder. Apparently it works. I wanted to make you aware of this to pass on to your viewers. As of now there is not a OEM, or knockoff replacement.

    Can you brew through a k-cup twice with this machine? I like my coffee very weak, and I use 1 k-cup twice.

      Your welcome, they don't recommend it but you can, it might leak on you once in a while around the k cup.

    new owner of the k-supreme plus, question, if i am only making a cup of coffee, do i leave what ever water is left in tank or do i empty it until i use it next time?

      Hello and welcome to the world of Keurig Coffee. yes you can leave the water in the tank until your next brew. If the water stays in the tank and your have not used it in over a week then I would dump it out and maybe put in fresh. Thanks for Watching and let me know if you have any questions. The coffee maker will automatcally turn itself off after 5 min so no worries about that.

    It doesn't take a picture of the K Cup label. It scans the QR code on the K Cup label. If the K Cup doesn't have a QR code it can't give you the Brew ID Technology. If you want to use the Brew ID, be sure to purchase K Cups that have QR codes on the label.

      ​@emanuelesteves2818 most brands of coffee have the tiny QR code even store brand ones have it , all it is is a tiny square box positioned somewhere on the foil top of the k-cups

    Can multiple devices be linked to it?

      yes, i just connected my Android tablet, my phone. both were connected at the same time and displayed the same information and I could hit the brew button on either the phone or tablet and it worked. Not sure about Apple. Both devices have to be on the same wifi as the Keurig when you set it up.

    I just got this coffee maker and it no longer have the recommended brew setting with their recent update. This is very disappointing. I talk to Keurig support and this is what they told me. You have to manually put your settings in, size, strength and temperature. Once you connect to your WiFi, your brewer will automatically give you the latest update.

    Them coffee k cups with a barcode on them will be hard to find in the grocery store.. I haven't seen any
