I can agree but I mean it kind of makes sense that Obi-wan and Vader we're predicting each others moves and they didn't Go all Out in their Final fight. Great Reaction though.
@Chainsaw Reacts, unlike the original light Saber duel between Darth Vader and Obi Wan Kenobi in Star Wars Episode 4 The New Hope which just seemed like two old men giving each other harmless love taps, this is how it should have been if the technology existed in 1976 (the movie was released in theaters in 1977.) as Darth Vader had been building up his anger at Obi Wan Kenobi for mutilating him on Mustafar and leaving him for dead and had been searching the galaxy for Obi Wan Kenobi in his mission to hunt down and destroy the Jedi that survived Order 66. Darth Vader anxiously awaited this rematch for 20 years.
I don't know if it was intentional but it seems like they choreographed the fight using the lightsaber forms that Vader and Kenobi are known for. I think it's neat if they put that level of detail into this.
This is so much better than any fight in any of the movies... It's so powerful and intense and just... Ugh... The throw backs to epi 3 and music at the end. Just amazing.
Best fight in the movies in intensity and meaning is Luke Vs Vader in the 2nd Death Star. When Luke comes out of the shadows to fight after his desperate "No!" and pushes him back until he has him beaten on the floor with no arm. That scene had so much meaning on so much level and the fighting was superbly executed. 2nd best is Bespin. Vader toying around with Luke, the corridors, the big reveal, the lightning.... 3rd best is Phantom Menace. The ending is...what it is, but the fight itself was spectacular. This one ranks very high otherwise. My gripe is the ending. Those force pushes didn't look good at all, Vader would've NEVER missed a saber throw the way he did. They went too much with the "wow" factor, and that part wasn't believable for me as a result. And those force push just weren't needed. We all were in awe when Luke finally beat Vader in RotJ, and he wasn't force pushing nor throwing lightsabers (Vader did throw his, but he wasn't trying to kill Luke) But the initial sequence in the corridor was up top with 2nd Death Star. Choreography was phenomenal, execution too; Vader fights like one would expect Vader to, Obi Wan even outpowered still shows he's excellent even in his own age. The whole scene with Vader coming out of the fire and launching a relentless series of attacks is amazing... it has it all But it's not better than those three movie fights I mentioned. The last parts of it ruin it a bit too much, otherwise it'd be up there with 2nd Death Star.
This was conveyed perfectly here. In Empire, his fighting style was almost exclusively that style. This was amazing. Some guy out there cut this into the movie proper and might give people a link to it or burn it.
You can feel the rage in Vader. Every blow and strike is just so full of hatred. He comes at Obi-Wan like freight train. It's perfection You can't feel any emotions in the disney films. the fights visually appealing on first viewing (if you miss the poor choreography) but they are sterile like a fencers or swordsmen at a tournament.
Like a freight train haha love it. Agree on the shitty fights in the new trilogy. HOWEVER, SC 38 would never have happened without Rogue One's Vader. It really stirred something in us all.
GENUINE. Isn't that the word you wre looking for ? Vader so full of anger he forgets any fancy moves. Headbutt, punch, backhand... he'd try to rip his master's arms off if he could grab one. great reaction ;)
Two things in case you didn't know already: They've dropped a teaser for "Cloud City Reimagined". Also, in the time between the doors shutting and "Run, Luke, run!", they put the sound of a Force Push. I think Vader tried to push the doors open, but Kenobi's Ghost was counter-pushing. "If you strike me down…" after all. (You can hear it best with headphones.) That's why Vader said, "Kenobi…"
I really loved how much thought they put into reworking this fight, especially considering how important it is in the context of the entire franchise. This isn't a cripple wailing on an old man -- this is a maimed former Chosen One fighting against his old master with all the rage and hatred he's built up over years of pain and regret.
What it is, is.....ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Every single scene was crafted so perfectly. Vader Force pulling his Saber from his belt, to Vader Saber throwing, to his ferocious dueling and Saber strikes.....just flawless!! Every single bit of the choreography was on point to the max. I’ve watched this like 75 times and I’ve never gotten tired of it lol. Great to see you react to this one brother, I completely agree with you! 👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻🍻
Love watching this video with youI admit, I cried watching it the first time. It has the gravitas the story calls for, and Its nice to see things like this with fans who get invested in what they like. The makers of this are obvious fans like us, and did this with total respect to the material and the characters. Made me feel 12 again watching a New Hope for the first time at a drive in.
Tbh this is what I mean when I would’ve preferred something else for Luke vs kylo. Not really prequel style but still fast paced and grounded at the same time.
Finally the good reaction video where the viewer is actually watching/reacting everything instead talking how much he knows his stuff and misses some of the best bits of the footage. Keep up the good reaction videos mate.
The craftsmanship on display here is amazing. Equally amazing is how well the original footage still holds up. Would this scene even be possible without the prequels?
A late comment, the one thing all Star Wars fans (1-6) will agree on is Vader unleashed the Dark Side on Obi Wan! An this fan made scene, really showing how Vader`s hate was getting stronger just after Rouge One.
you mentioned Iwish it wasin the movie, well I put itback in the movie. oh and they cut out the line " you should not have come back." but I put that line back in. so not Darthsays you should not have come back, now you will die!
Disney Star Wars isnt canon. the Jedi are taught to never get too high or too low over something its such a basic Jedi teaching to not act like what Luke acted like in episode 8, and it doesnt matter if he was so hurt because of what happened. Luke wouldve gotten Fd up for sure but for like a day or 2 Max, Jedi Masters have such a strong connection and belief in the force no problem is going to make them f**ing abandon it. a Sith could f**ing do that a Padawan or even Knight could do it but DEFINITELY not a f**ing Jedi Master. once u reach that level of belief and know the truth for sure u dont just stop believing in it thats impossible. Kathleen Kennedy doesnt know anything about Star Wars
Blasphemie for what? The 70s fight was awful which is understandable for its age but there is no way people actually believe the original fight is better.
WOW! This was fantastic! Shoutout to FXitinPost for this amazing video!!!
I can agree but I mean it kind of makes sense that Obi-wan and Vader we're predicting each others moves and they didn't Go all Out in their Final fight. Great Reaction though.
That is the canon fight as far as I’m concerned
Chainsaw Reacts How much money does he have to make it so good it’s incredible
Yep this rocks I love it

This fight was brutal. You could totally feel Vader's anger in this.
The Marxican yup u can literally see anakin fighting him too
I don't know if it was intentional but it seems like they choreographed the fight using the lightsaber forms that Vader and Kenobi are known for. I think it's neat if they put that level of detail into this.
This is canon now in my opinion. This greatly improves the movie and the saga in every way.
This is so much better than any fight in any of the movies... It's so powerful and intense and just... Ugh... The throw backs to epi 3 and music at the end. Just amazing.

I like the third more but... This is really good
ramjb Vader threw the lightsaber in perfect position but Obi Wan slid down a little before he actually pulled it to the right
@@zhougongjin2704 yeah I noticed that too. I'm pretty sure you can see the saber shift slightly just before it hits the wall so it misses obi wan
I wouldn’t say any of the movies. The prequel and OT fights are probably better and more memorable. But the sequel fights? This trumps all of those
Vaders swings have so much strength! and with ONE HAND!
This was conveyed perfectly here. In Empire, his fighting style was almost exclusively that style. This was amazing. Some guy out there cut this into the movie proper and might give people a link to it or burn it.

@@kor8267 Totally. And I absolutely loved that film. Ralph McQuarrie can be proud ! Not to mention George Lucas.
GENUINE. Isn't that the word you wre looking for ?

Lucasfilm need to hire this guy...
@FocusFanatic well said brother well said 😤😤😤
Yes this guy had the best reaction hire him Disney ;)

If the original 1977 movie had this level. Of swordsmanship, people would have shit their pants.
Man.... I felt like I had to smoke a cigarette after watching SC 38 Reimagined
Love love love how much more menacing this makes Vader look. And the use of Alec Guinesses head was so flawless. Really well made.
THIS is Vader the absolute monster, the feared Jedi Killer!
Love watching this video with youI admit, I cried watching it the first time. It has the gravitas the story calls for, and Its nice to see things like this with fans who get invested in what they like.

Gets me every other time.

Vader came out swinging!
in vader's strikes you can FEEL his hate and pent up rage.... brillant
Love this dudes reaction ❤️
Hey dude, i'm french, love your channel, love you, love "the ghost", keep up the good work! (This video was dope)
Effectivement, ses vidéos sont trop cool !
Wanna know the ironic part?
The soundtrack is from anakins wife funeral. Its called (Anakins dark deeds)
The I hate you part was so freakin cool
Finally the good reaction video where the viewer is actually watching/reacting everything instead talking how much he knows his stuff and misses some of the best bits of the footage.
Keep up the good reaction videos mate.
This blows away any duel scenes Disney has to date.
Alberto Rodriguez I’m sure if the the same it would be just as good , Rogue proves that , I think that’s way better
only fans can make a real star wars film, so disney your fire !!!!!
The craftsmanship on display here is amazing. Equally amazing is how well the original footage still holds up. Would this scene even be possible without the prequels?
No. Without Revenge of the Sith, there is no real emotion in this scene
Gotta love how this blows the sequels out of the water
A late comment, the one thing all Star Wars fans (1-6) will agree on is Vader unleashed the Dark Side on Obi Wan! An this fan made scene, really showing how Vader`s hate was getting stronger just after Rouge One.
Reminds me of Gandalf Vs. Saruman.
Gandalf = Obi-Wan.
Saruman = Darth Vader.
If this fight took place in the original Star Wars film instead of the real one, people’s heads would’ve exploded in the theatre.
I hope they do the Luke/Vader scene in Return of the Jedi in the Emperor's throneroom.
1977 wasn't ready for this kind of battle!
one word - BRUTAL..
Are you excited to see the Obi Wan Kenobi show in the Disney+? It's confirmed that Hayden Christensen returns to play as Anakin/Vader.
Bloodred hourglass- waves of black
this is not usual duel..this is pub brawl
People in the 70s would have lost their shit if this was the original fight scene.
I want maul vs qui-gon reimagined. just them two a little longer
Nah, that fight was overdone as it is.
This really is an amazing fight!
you mentioned Iwish it wasin the movie, well I put itback in the movie. oh and they cut out the line " you should not have come back." but I put that line back in. so not Darthsays you should not have come back, now you will die!
No..it's fucking epic!
Chainsaw are you planning on reacting to the new Babymetal single ?
Avenged-Metal what new song?
Chainsaw Reacts new single “Elevator Girl”. They released the song. No Music Video as of currently
Better than OG?
Nice reaction but I couldn’t get over how much you you look like John Ritter with a beard.
You know if Disney consulted the fans, we would have better films.
original videos audio volume is too low
volume, bruh...
Do more metallica reactions theres plenty of fuckin videos to react to dude!!!!,
4th!

The word may be "visceral". Reminds me of Rey's battle with Kylo on Star Killer base except this one is 2x better.
Thumbs down for the blasphemies.
Blasphemie for what? The 70s fight was awful which is understandable for its age but there is no way people actually believe the original fight is better.
