When a screw is screwed into metal you need to put a small dab of removable lock tight and it will fix your problem. With anything, metal screw to metal it needs removable lock tight
This is exactly right. A dab of loctite (or similar threadlocker product) on the threads of the screw will hold it in place. I've had this happen to clippers in the past. Be sure to clean the threads with alcohol first to remove any oil or other debris.
I would’ve removed the screw put a little lock tight on the screw and put it back in. It won’t come out after that 👍🏾 and I’m sure it’s a cheaper and faster fix than shipping it back to babyliss

I've cut about 500 heads in about 6 months using these clippers I haven't had a problem with the lover but I have had a problem with it clogging after a certain amount of haircuts this usually stops the motor before the battery even runs out. It is a workhorse as long as you keep it clean... I usually do both with my wall magic clips.
They look really nice but as much as these clippers cost it should be NO PROBLEMS that's why I'll buy the Kemei Chinese version of the babyliss for a fraction of the price!
First off Bori, Thanks for taking the time to watch, and even more for leaving a comment. I love them as well. I did however just get in a pair of Cordless Master. Send them back to Babyliss. I have a Friend who is also a shop owner, he says they have a great customer support. I never used it, I put lock tight on the screw and it fixed the problem. Shaw Speaks I use the screwdriver that came with the product
try the same size screwdriver head I would say a #2 with a normal handle, it will give you more leverage. If that doesn't work, I would say the screws could have been cross threaded. I don't see that being the case from the factory but its possible. Give that a try and let me know if it works. Much Respect.
My thoughts.. in the business for decades.. there junk.. not professional grade at all .. simply can’t hang in a busy shop
