Hi Kathrine, I like to replace instant coffee and the coffee essence with real espresso is this possible ? How much quantity should I use? My previous coffee cake with instant coffee can’t taste the coffee at all . We like strong coffee aroma in the cake.

烘的時候發很高是你的烤箱溫度太高,每台烤箱實際溫度略有不同,烤箱大小對控溫也有關係.
出爐立刻下沉及裡面濕濕 就是沒烤熟
你一定會很疑惑 發很高為什麼還沒熟,他就是沒熟
