Also did you notice, that around the kingdom are "Seven" primogem shapes floating around? could be an artistic representation, but at the same time, perhaps it could be a reference to the seven archons. One must think about it
Lol I love the way you ended that by saying one must think about it, like your an adepts but yes you are right I hadn't noticed that and also that's an interesting theory we should look in to it more and find out if it has any significance or importance
wait, this made me think that the nation in the story could represent celestia, cause it rules over the 7 nations, and paimon and the unknown god are the princess and prince whom went different ways, except they were both female.
I will leave a bread crumb for u all in comment section : try visiting the northern most part of stormterror’s lair ( when i say north most , I mean the grassland just above the entire structures ) and look up .......... u will find something which will prick ur imagination 👍
Lumine is probably a few minutes younger than Aether. In Japanese dub and probably the other dubs, Lumine calls Aether by "older brother" and Aether calls her "Younger sister"

Also the unknown god being the queen of darkness would give more meaning to Lumine being called "princess" not "queen" by the abyss herald (Or "prince" for Aether equivalent)
@@universalspaceexpeditioner8259 I’m sorry that this is like months later: but can you elaborate? What do their names have to do with their titles? If they’re truly the ruler of the Abyss, they should be called Queen/King. We know there was a King Irmin. And if they go by the same/similar system, they should have higher rank.
"Primogem" shapes are usually attributed to Khaenri'ah. Dains is confirmed a royal guard from there, other examples include Kaeya and Albedo who also have ties to Khaenri'ah, Kaeya being a descendant and Albedo being branded with a tattoo that suggest he is a humculus of Khaenri'an making.
Ok ok- so Kaeya isn’t actually FROM Khaenri’ah but a DESCENDENT of Khaenri’ahn people? Everyone says he’s FROM there which has been confusing me lmao. Also, to add to this, I’ve seen someone say that the Golden Archipelago was basically land broken off of Mond. (But I had been under the impressive Alice had created those islands for Klee and the gang, hence the gears and everything) and hurled to where it currently is by Venti (presumably during the Archon War). So I’ve just been theorizing that those voices we could hear in the conchs were like one of the groups of Khaenri’ahn people that fled the city/nation before it was destroyed.. and Kaeya is a descendent of the people who lived on the Golden Archipelago before he came over to Mond. and grew up with Diluc. Am I like, completely and utterly off?
@@willowtr33s wait what? I remember reading the golden archipelago was a piece of broken land from Inazuma?? The conches talked about Inazuma stuff? My memory is bad but that’s what I remember reading?
@@tjyj406 Yeah the archipelago was broken from mondstadt and Albedo even said this if you talked to him. Some conches talked about Inazuma since some Inazuman pirates shipwrecked into the archipelago. You could probably check some vids on yt about the archipelago, it's really interesting
i had such theory months ago that maybe after the cataclysm the unknown god lost too, we know lumine was awake, & it was said that aether did woke once back then... maybe paimon is a down version of the unknown god, with no power & no memories... like the unknown god looks like the girl from honaki, but in her regular form shes just a sweet kid... i dont think its a coincidense that they look the same, & that paimon doesnt know anything.. plus the archons dont help aether to find his sister even tho they have the power to do so.. so maybe it has to do with the contract that prevents them to tell anything related to that time, thats why morax is on tsaritssa side
However, Dainsleif is simply a Royal Guard from Khaenri'ah, though he may be hiding his true origins...However, all Khaenri'an characters(Dainsleif, Kaeya) have primogem shapes in their eyes so the Unkown Goddess might be from there. Also, Khaenri'ah fell 500 yrs ago and Dainsleif has been cursed with immortality since. He couldn't be from the future. EDIT: It should be that the Unknown Godess is related to Khaenri'ah, rather than from there, as Khaenri'ah is a godless nation.

The star symbol is actually thought to be more linked to kaenriah. Albedo has that symbol, as well as Kaeya. We know Kaeya is from kaenriah because he straight out says it in his story lines and voice lines. And albedo was most likely a puppet given life by his master Rhinedottir. Kaenriah was known for their life giving technology, Rhinedottir is a Icelandic name, which kaenriah is associated with, Dansleif is also a nordic name. Albedo is probably a similar type of puppet to Raiden Shogun
@@Ego_exe after seeing the raiden shogun puppet I kinda see why celestia destroyed khaneriah. A puppet that can replicate the power of God is a huge threat to celestia. The intelligence of khaneriah probably has no limits imagine if they made 1000 clones of archon's or even celestia they will screwed and khaneriah will rule the world or even universe due to their advancement. So before they become too much of threat celestia decided to remove either this or to prevent the honkai eruption that erupts when technology gets too advanced like in honkai impact. I never thought that the twins were the brother and sister from the legend because Their hair color and hairstyle are completely different. Hair means a lot to a character’s identity.
what if mihoyo is actually building the story from the theories of the community? that would give genshin enough story to mantain the game alive for years

There was an indication that the ancient civilization of Dragonspine had tried to create something similar to the Tower of Babel, only to be struck down in their attempts to reach "heights beyond their capability". It may also be possible that the crown princess is heralded from the Dragonspine people while crown prince might be a representation for the people of Khaenri'ah. The genesis pearl being a representation of the creation myth itself and the princess and prince being two different ways of trying to ascend to the realm of the "gods".

I never once thought they were Aether and Lumine. Why would people conclude that? There's no correlation in their story other than being siblings. I'm also pretty sure it doesn't change to the brother being evil if you're playing as Lumine does it?
I too thought of it that way on my first account with Aether, but when I saw that cutscene on my second account with Lumine, it was the same - Corrupt sister, brother comes next. That made me realize I was wrong this whole time.
@@toxicgamer4687 that's the exact same way to found out cause I thought it was going to change nut when it didnt it finally hit me that its probably not them anyway toxic gamer if you enjoy this content you should subscribe cause I have an interesting theory coming out soon I'm sure you'll find it interesting
"Defeat me, command me to step aside, show me that you are worthier than I to rescue her. ... My memory has all but faded completely... But I will always remember how much she too, loved these flowers" The first time watching it I never thought he meant Lumine with that, but maybe the unknown god. The flower part sounds like something from a happy childhood memory, too strong to be fading away with time. He also said: "Always be on your guard when around gods. You shouldn't place too much trust in them. But at the same time, don't go too far in the opposite direction... Don't go trying to overthrow them, or hunt them down" I always felt like he said that to protect the unknown god from us and also the other way around.
lumine and aether also have the “primogem” shape all over their designs, including the shape of their “visions”, and venti says in the bp intro “this is your story”… but as we know aether is older than lumine and he still says that no matter which twin you pick. i hope they add another dainsleif quest soon and reveal more about khaenri’ah !
Ohh great minds think alike why don't you subscribe so we can continue to theorize together also if your interested follow me on twitch the link is in the description thanks
what if there's a reason why that cutscene keeps playing every month - every battlepass reset? what if that cutscene has more meaning to it and most of us are just skipping it
The thing about crowned heirs is that it doesn't necessarily mean one is older than the other. They typically are, but it can simply mean that the current king/queen saw one of the sibling as more fit for the role than the other.

Another reason it might not be Aether and Lumine is because it says that the crowned princess does not remember anything though Lumine clearly remember she and her brother traveled together through worlds. Also Paimon might be a 3rd heir because both them are extremely old and there could be a new heir. And she was curious about her siblings, or she ate all the food and they were like “Ok go on a quest and stop eating our food”
We all know this is a game and not a real life ancient history but this gives us the feels like this is real and there is no such game with sooo much mysteries and wow we should all appreciate the functions of their brains (the one who produce, create stories and mysteries, graphics etc etc)
assuming that paimon is related to the unknown god and celestia, what if she's the sibling that went astray rather than the unknown god? what if she lost her memories and forgot her original goal and became friends with us when we should've been enemies. paimon having a brother... i can't imagine it
Also in the "teyvat storyline preview: travail | genshin impact" in the end of the trailer dainsleif says 'your journey has reach its end, but one final doorway remains. Step forth if you have understood the meaning of your journey. Defeat me, command me to step aside, show me that you are worthy enough to rescue her." but its just a theory so yea🤷♀️
For me it was clear from the start that Lumine and Aether were not the royal siblings. Because of their white hair and different hairstyles. Actually I observed something else. I think Honkai Impact players already heard of Herrscher of the Void. The main antagonist of Honkai and also known as "Queen of the Void". They have almost identical physical resemblance, they hold similar titles (also they control voids). Other characters from Genshin ,like Venti,Baal, Zhongli and Murata seem to have uncanny resemblances to Honkai Impact characters. There are other theories as well but I think that the Unknown god is The God of Time. Herrscher of the Void has Space-time manipulation so it's not impossible to cross worlds. What I wanted to point out was that Genshin could be an alternative world of Honkai.
Well, the traveler did says about their parents taught them manners. But, you forgot about the second quest that involves Dainselfs, he’s says he was a friend with Lupus Boreas, before he side with the Archons.
I have a lot of theory for paimon, and one of them is this. 1. Paimon is Unknown God 2. Paimon is God from Khaenriah, and she is the reason why celestia decide to destroy Khaenriah 3. Paimon is something from Dark kingdom 4. Paimon is that amnesia princess 5. Paimon is the hero at the battlepass, who guide us around teyvat *Paimon is Emergency food, thats absolute*

paimon does have the same cloak as Dainsleif, the same starry space on the underside. But Khaenriah didn't believe in god, so did they not have one to star with or did their disbelief cast Paimon out?
I thought so too, Paimon could be the amnesia princesse OR the one heir searching for the Pearl and the Lost sibling (She likes ancient tresures a lot)
@@dian277 do you remember Zhongli story quest 1 about havria? The follower can kill their god, i think with such a power, Khaenriah too can kill their own god. More specially Why Dainsleif get a immortal curse, and Khaenriah ppl become non human creature?
Would be interesting if dain and unknown god where based of adam and eve. The genesis pearl being the apple while the snake is the temptation. The unknown god gave in to the temptation which plunged humanity into sinners.
@@Ego_exe well ton of things in genshin r in fact in hebrew, like the name "teyvat" is hebrew for noah's ark, & the cube bosses all have alphabetic hebrew names... plus project ark from honkai might be related cus they said they snt 2 ppl to look for a world with no honaki but they lost communication with them: the twins there looks like our twins & have the same star symbols... plus "ark" "teyvat" the cut comunication are all align since the unknown god locked the twins in teyvat, while before they traveled other worlds
I love this theory! Though, I still think that maybe the story Venti is telling could be just him telling the story of the Traveler's Journey, added unto the fact that he is a bard, so of course he'll exaggerate it, which could explain the Genosis Pearl
Hey I also want to share a theory What if the princess used her last magic to create paimon before she got currupted and was sent to teyvat to guide us and end this whole thing.
Also, the unknown god looks similar to kiana in honkai, since kiana has white hair, herrcher of the void form is that her eyes are orange and has the same symbol as her eyes, same power, and same hair style, the fact is, the JP and CN va are the same, also for mei raiden, raiden is the last name, yae (originally from honkai) mentioned that her name is *ei* without an *m* at the first, himeko murata, idk if I spelt it right but, murata is the name of the pyro archon, both raiden and murata is a bit similar to the last names of mei and himeko, because himeko is the herrcher of flames aka the lady of fire, and mei is the herrcher of thunder, for kiana herrcher of the void + flamescon, kiana may be evolved to the similarities of genshin.

paimon could also be a something that falled out of Celestia. Paimon knows many things about the world but the world knows nothing about her. Maybe she was a puppet or robot or something like an ruin gard?
@@ExhaustedNebby then when Paimon grows she will have the knowledge and power of the unknown god with the same things and the cycle repeats itself from the beginning of the story (just something I did for fun)
@@meh9008 (First reply) Yeah I find it really odd how Paimon was just randomly drowning at the start of the Traveller’s story even though she can literally float.
What if the unknown god wants history to repeat, and that’s why she separated Lumine and Aether… She wanted Lumine to become corrupted, and she wants Aether to become cursed like Dainsleif?
Then Paimon will guide the next Traveller since maybe paimons been living in teyvat for hundreds of years, learning and guiding each Traveller that comes by
Okay this is my theory: Paimon is the only memory left by The Unknown God for Dainsleif and Dainsleif used it to guide the travel into his plan. To save her sister.
The book which inspires mihoyo IS Ars Goetia. Paimon Barbatos Morax and Baal are aristocratic demons. Paimon IS the maid of Lucifer. So I think that Lumine and Aether are each other a part of Lucifer (Aether = sky and Lumine = light). Celestia IS the Heaven, Teyvat is the Hello and Kaennr'ia is the Earth. So the anonymous Goddess may be an Angel. So the Princess who turned into darkness may be Lucifer (Lumine)

Found some theories similar to that, I may not agree with everything but it still makes me wonder: "who would be Lucifer in this?". At first, I thought that perhaps it is us, the traveler we chose, after all, I doubt Paimon would serve The Lost Sibling, or perhaps Lucifer is someone else entirely, perhaps Paimon serves someone else that we do not know of just yet. Lucifer wasn't always The Devil, but turning full evil overnight isn't realistic, he was after all an Angel before his fall and he punishes evil.
just look up on Gnosticism and most of you would already get the picture. Aether and Lumine are a pair sent by the real God to save humanity. Tsaritsa is taking down Celestia the, where the fake god commands. #TeamTsaritsa
Dainsleif was a human who was cursed during the cataclysm and Kaeya is a descendant of Khaenriah, abandoned by his original father (for who knows what reason). And,correct me if im wrong but Albedo is a homunculi made from Khaenrian alchemy using Durins remains. Khaenriahs destruction was caused by the unknown god so maybe everyone who are related to Khaenriah have the same primogem shaped pupils bc they had to face the unknown god hence maybe bc of the curse of the Unknown god, khaenrians have primogem shaped pupils. And maybe Celestia and that kingdom are seperate entities but connected in the sense that the kingdom has a treaty or something in place with Celestia, just like is how in the anime,Black Clover, there is a human Emperor and a Magic Emperor. Also since only ambitious and vision holding people are said to ascend to celestia,it could be that the reason why they ascend is to protect that Kingdom from any threats or something like that. Lumine and Aether are obviously not the people in the story since they dont even belong to Teyvat. They travel worlds in search for a "home". And the princess and prince arent Dainsleif and the Unknown God either since Dainsleif is a cursed human and the Unknown god is,well a God and "Sustainer of Heavenly Principles". Which was set in place before Zhongli even became God and he's 6000 years old whilst Dainsleif is 500 years old since the cataclysm. The Unknown God and Paimon are probably two of the ancient Gods/ rulers of Celestia. There is probably either three Gods of Celestia ( I saw once in another video about this moon goddess theory thingy where teyvat was flipped upside down) or four Gods due to the primogem shape. And that story is probably from after Venti became God and is he's probably even connected to that story since hes the one who narrates it. These are just my theories, theres more to all this that I think could be possible but too lazy to type it all. Also I dont think Mihoyo would make a very simple plot for these stories since they put alot of effort in making the lore interesting, engaging and suspenseful. I feel like the story is going to be a complete different thing from what anyone is speculating so yeah.
I have a theory that can probably be disproven but not a complete loss: What if paimon is the unknown goddess and Lumine (or the sibling that you don't choose) overthrows that unknown goddess who, as a result, turns into paimon. Dainsleif is still the goddess's brother who set out and ended up teaming with Lumine on the quest to get the gnosis pearl. The quest was similar to the one we take as the traveler but in a different time. And the reason Lumine is now the "princess" is because she touched the Gnosis Pearl to give to Dainsleif which corrupted her and in the process overthrew the unknown goddess and turned her into paimon. Dainsleif now is on a quest to turn Lumine and paimon back to normal. Whatever I left out you can probably fill in with the storyline that we go through :) not really sure if it works but it's an idea
Here’s my theory: So Dain and the unknown god we’re one a couple, their child is since the symbols on there clothes are the same. Paimon is the god of time so that’s why she can appear and disappear, this is also why were able to change the time. Paimon heard about Lumine and Aether and the backstory from her mom, that’s why she came to help them so they can defeat her mother. I believe that her mother is trying to destroy the world, so dain and paimon should work together at the end of the game to save the world. Kaeya will die and Jean will die. (That’s the end)
Thx so much for subscribing Bonjour hope to see you more often also if you want you could come say hi when I'm streaming the link to my channel is in the description
I mean, even if it turned out that those siblings were Aether and Lumine, it wouldn't make sense since both can canonically be the Traveler or the Abyss. Which would mean it would change depending on who plays, if you play Lumine, it would be the brother that was corrupted and not the other way around.
I've been getting into the Genshin theories lately as I play the game more and more, It's really neat seeing how people connect different informations that's given throughout the story. Maybe the primogems are kinda like how the celestia could be the one giving the visions. So when we wish, it's from the celestia giving us visions except the visions are players with visions and thats why when we wish, it's like a shooting star since celestia is up in the sky. (idk if this makes sense lol)
Yeag Same here I thought that was weird as well and I started to think that maybe the traveler title is supposed to fool us he could still be a traveler but this could have been his their birth world
Along with all the other Paimon theories, I never saw this one, and i might be wrong but Whenever you open the Paimon menu, everything else freezes, you stop mid flight, the wind stops, even the enemies stop. But Paimon moves, maybe it's just because it's a Paimon menu, but the fact that the frozen time outside of the menu doesn't affect her is weird. We can change the time through that menu too. Next, the unknown god sends the other sibling (the one you didn't pick) to the past, 500 years before your traveller wakes up. Let's say you chose Lumine. In a cutscene towards the end, you see the first encounter with the unknown god. You then rewatch that, but then you see Aether released from the cube thing and all around him us chaos. He then comes across a scene of extreme destruction and the expression on his face shows the horror. I feel like that destroyed area could be khenria (i don't remember how to spell it, sorry). Then that means that Aether has seen the war, and learned how to take control over the hilichurls, mages and etc. So, he ends up as the abyss prince. You wake up 500 years later, where there is no war. That means the unknown god sent both of you to different times. Then there's the rest of the evidence like Paimon's hair clip that i won't add in here because it's legit everywhere. That's it, I'm not smart enough for anything more :]
Omg I clicked this video because I never it was Aether or Lumine and just wanted to leave a comment saying "I thought it was Dainsleif and the unknown goddess?" Imagine my surprise 2 minutes in when I realise the whole video is what I've been telling people (Who have called me crazy) for the past 7 months
There can be two crowned royals in a kingdom. A crowned prince and a crowned princess. They'd be considered the crowned heirs though usually only the prince will inherent the kingdom. The princess might inherent a title/position from her mother but very rarely does a princess inherit the throne even if she's an adult and the prince is still an infant.
Its likely that the unknown god is the crowned princess and they made the other sibling a boy because mihoyo thought that most players would choose aether over lumine. (just a theory)
Ok but here's my theory: as a honkai impact player the evil princess/queen looks alot like kiana in her evil state I mean look at the hair and eyes the look strangely alike as well as her outfit and in honkai impact most of the fighting happens in the sky meaning that there's a possibility that the evil princess/queen is kiana but in a different time line
Mh, i can't be the only one that noticed this -When you're launching Genshin you see a few images of the teaser "nightmare" and you see Baal fighting a snake the snake is kinda random so it might be the snake around the pearl
Unfortunately not. The snake is a God that the people of Watatsumi Island worshipped. He was killed by Baal during the Archon War, and his remains are still on Yashimori Island.
Guys when we first entered the game paimon said that without us she would have drowned but paimon flows maybe if paimon is actually related to a nation I think it would be celectia cause one in the photo she looked like she has fell from somewhere wich cause her to drown but then again paimon float maybe that primogem mark is somehow related to celectia and another thing I forgot to mention that the unknown god is from the heavenly order cause she said that she is the stainer of heavenly principal
i remember Aether (I picked lumie) mentioned that the reason why khaenri'ah was destroyed was because Dani (my nickname for him) left and remember how when the sister left to find the pearl. now I know how he said that Dani was the "twilight sword" or something (I forgot), what if he was that twilight sword guy thing and then he became the ruler of kheanri'ah, because his sister was gone for a long time he must have gotten worried and left to find her and receive the pearl, that's the reason why kheanri'ah was destroyed beacsue he didn't do his role as the ruler which was to protect his people and kingdom. therefore Dain is the prince in the story and his sister is the "unknown god" BOOM but ofc its just my theory
MY THEORY OF LUMINE AND AETHER (I’m just reposting to get some feedback) : If they really were from khaenri’ah then they’d be part of the abyss. And if they were from khaenri’ah why would another god try to destroy them in the first place? They’re not from Teyvat, and the beginning cutscene shows them fighting in the air near pillars (my guess is Celestia). If I had to make a guess, I would think that they were originally from Celestia or they wouldn’t have gotten those wings, and that the god sent them to Teyvat as a trial of sorts to prove how far they would be willing to go to find their sibling. @PrimoPop what do you think?
I don't think they're from Khaenri'ah... after all the game title itself suggests that they were/are gods, and Khaenri'ah doesn't believe in them nor is it filled with them.
your theory made me think what if the travelers are indeed not part of this world in teyvat, neither celestia, but a creation of the alchemy from khaenri'ah, like albedo and durin, what if the calamity is about gold creating artificial gods, even paimon could be one of her creations, and since the travelers seems to be the only ones to have a cure for the poisoned blood of durin... it could be because they have both the same origins or composition?... even though just "their creation" would not be fair argument for the punishment of the khaenri'ah people... so for that maybe they hunt gods for experiments or wanted to become creators of everything wich makes themselves gods of gods, just think about it: they were clearly at another level of creation and knowledge above anything at that time, they made robots and with alchemy they could create any kind of life, gold even achieved creating a human like albedo, the only thing they didn't achieved was creating a god, even albedo sees himself like an imperfect human, so gold surely would aspire for more perfection ending with the gods creation ... look, these people going away from teyvat and dont wanting an archont it's like they believed in human supremacy or at least break free from celestia, and the storys of the other fallen kingdoms, wich it seems they all wanted to surpass the gods (in several forms), were doomed by celestia, so khaenri'ah had to do something muuuuch bigger to make celestia just not massacre the people but give them vip treatment and the "evil nation" identity forever, its like celestia wanted to end the alchemy and the philosophy of the khaenri'ah making them incapable of communication, empathy, rights or respect from the rest of humanity in teyvat.
3:11 actually i think i remember that is just a symbol that resombolizes Khaenri'ah and i think i remember albedo and kaeya having it too, also paimon having the symbol maybe she was from Khaenri'ah but her memory was wiped out? and i think she only remembers the city itself but not remembering she was from there or was there in the first place
OMFG I just f_in figured it out !!!!!!!!! The siblings are Kevin and Kate kaslana (first characters created in genshin but in the end they used lumine and aether) in honkai kiana is hov and hov looks like unknown god so what if in genshin it's Kate that's hov (unknown god) . Also Kate looks like the princess.
this is quite a good theory, i like it! personally i think paimon is sent by the unknown god to stay with MC throughout their journey to get information on them- ofc thats also just a theory and not everything fits in with it, but its a fun thing to think about!
Supporting the detail of they age slowly or have long life spans: Khaenri’ah was destroyed 500 years ago, Kaeya was born in Khaenri’ah (I think) so that means he’s 500 years old, so yea they probably have long life spans
7 months in the future, it's 100% Lumine and Aether. Our brother/sister leads khaenriah as its prince/princess and is "deceived" most likely by the divines as we clearly see our twin arrived too late to save Khaenriah from its demise. She lost her memory because of the trauma she had been through. We can clearly see our brother/sister regain some of his/her memory when the abyss mage mention us in the "we will be reunited" teaser. Our twin brother/sister's journey started when there was no tree around that area, our journey started when there are trees big enough to be a landmark, indicating the time gap between each "heir" beginning to their journey. It all checks out. As for the "Glorious kingdom established among the heavens" is honestly still an open-end case. It might refer to Khaenriah being afloat just like the jade chamber is or something more absurd like "Lumine and Aether are actually heirs to the kingdom from a different planet and Teyvat is the kingdom of darkness"
I'm not gonna lie this theory is good! And it also not a straight forward theory as it has all those connections which make sense!! I always thought that the two heirs were the Twins, but I just realized that the male one doesn't have Aether's braid. And the fact of Dainsleif and The Sustainer being siblings only makes the story more interesting and exciting to uncover!! Nice Video!
I probably agree with you since Aether/Lumine said that ‘ Dain is my / our enemy’ . So Probably Aether/Lumine knew Dain is slidings with the Unknown god. And the Unknown god took Aether first then Lumine ( or the other way around ), So probably Aether/Lumine knew who Dain and the Unknown god is since the Unknown god took away the twins power and send them off to different places. Then Aether / Lumine probably explore around the place that the first twin got send off to and probably Aether/Lumine found info from that world from Dain and the Unknown God ( it’s just my theory )
They probably made the brother the crown prince since they believed that the princess was dead. Though the brother didn’t believe this and set off in his own journey to find the original crown Princess.
I never once thought it was the travelers. I always just assumed it was someone else because there's literally nothing similar between them expect the fact they're siblings in bith cases.
Personally, i dont think that the blue haired heirs are specifically the twins. But, i do think that it might be a parallel with their story. In the official trailers, Lumine is the abyss's princess so maybe that's why the older heir is a princess, but even if not, gender doesn't matter if it's only a parallel. The twins' first goal is represented by the pearl. Also, i'm going to talk about gods as if they were some kind of shepherd? of humanity (they have demon name, give 'vision' to people to watch them etc.) I like the theory saying that their goal is to stop humanity getting too close to the power of gods thanks to knowlege (as in some myth genshin seem close too). So, what i thought about it was like after the meeting with the Unknown God, Lumine woke up first and saw Khaenri'ha. While wandering in there searching for her brother, she started to link with people there and seeing their technological advances/ growing knowlege as the pearl (and maybe it was). But knowlege leads to power as i said, so the Unknown god ended up destroying Khaenri'ha. Lumine got "corrupted", because she thought she found the "pearl" in Khaenri'ha, and so she stayed on the side she thought was the good one (The Abyss). She "forgot" what was her real goal and became the queen of "evil" (because evil =abyss) to fulfill her new goal, enpowering the Abyss (and whatever else). That would be why she tells to her brother when meeting again that he'll have to find the truth. 500 years later, Aether finally wake up and, and he does remember their first goal. It fits with the crowned heirs story if Lumine is the princess that got corrupted by the pearl (corrupted by the abyss) and Aether is the prince that isn't corrupted yet. Also very sorry if my english dosen"t make sense i'm not that much of a billingual =v='
A little intel: As known, Ba’al an Beelzebub are pop-culturally known demon names, which are the Archon names of Electro Gods. BUT, Zhongli’s Archon name Morax (originally Marax), Venti’s Archon name Barbatos and Paimon are also demon names. The recently announced Dendro Archon, Kusanali, is a lesser god and there’s no other information about him/her on the internet, so I’m expecting the former original Dendro Archon who had fought alongside Barbatos, Ba’al and Morax to have a demon-related name. So, yeah…
oh. my. gowd! I was from the beginning sure, that Lumine and Aether aren't the royal siblings, but I had never an idea who else it could be! At the moment when you explained, why the twins aren't the royal siblings I also got the idea that the princess could be the unknown god! I'm not 100 % sure about Dansleif, but this theory definitely makes sense!
What if the Unknown God was from Khaenriah and was their princess and set out on journey to find the Genesis Pearl but upon touching it she became poisoned by it and Celestia’s lies and believed herself to be the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles and the royal family of Khaenriah now saddened by this did their best to exact revenge on Celestia but an accident occurred and a cataclysm spread across Teyvat, they became corrupted by the abyssal magic they created and only a few survivors remained while the Sustainer now Celestia’s puppet burned Khaenriah to the ground and the number of survivors dwindled. If this theory is correct then Dain may fail and the traveler will be the one to save the Sustainer and put an end to Celestia once and for all.
Wow this is interesting and sounds very plausible you put a lot of thought into this you must be really interested in the lore of genshin , you should subscribe I have an interesting theory coming out soon I hope you like it
It seems pretty plausible since its mentioned Khaenriah was destroyed by the Archons. What other reason do the Archons have to the destroy an entire nation by their own will? It's also mentioned Khaenriah isnt "protected" by Celestia, so that already hints to how Celestia had something against that nation.
@@inplane9970 yeah I'm still baffled that the Archons would do that I really want to know why they would murder no dare I say slaughter those people what could they have done so bad

hmmm what if Kheanri'ah IS the kingdom from where are the royal siblings from Venti's story? and as the video says the Sustainer is the older sister and Dainsleif is the younger brother, but when the Sustainer got in contact with the Pearl or trought her journey to find it the Celestia witch as we know is against the prosperity of Kheanri'ah coprrupts the sister, eraising her memory and making her think she is the Susteiner of Heavenly principles, then sending her to destroy Kkeanri'ah. we know that that the people of Kheanri'ah got transformed into the monsters of the abyss, but as we see from Keaya's character story where is confirmed that he is from Kheanri'ah that there is a posibility a part of Kheanri'ah 's people to escape the cataclism and the transformation

(Or "prince" for Aether equivalent)
Well, the unknown God is the "Sustainer of Heavenly Principles" so probably not the queen, but I though of something similar to this.
If you knew what their names are referencing you would know why they are called Prince and Princess. I doubt there is anyone over them in the abyss.
@@universalspaceexpeditioner8259 I’m sorry that this is like months later: but can you elaborate? What do their names have to do with their titles? "Primogem" shapes are usually attributed to Khaenri'ah.
Dains is confirmed a royal guard from there, other examples include Kaeya and Albedo who also have ties to Khaenri'ah, Kaeya being a descendant and Albedo being branded with a tattoo that suggest he is a humculus of Khaenri'an making.

@@Ego_exe well, thanks to the recent event, im sure we've all gotten our 'primogems' to c6 lmao
i had such theory months ago that maybe after the cataclysm the unknown god lost too, we know lumine was awake, & it was said that aether did woke once back then... maybe paimon is a down version of the unknown god, with no power & no memories... like the unknown god looks like the girl from honaki, but in her regular form shes just a sweet kid... i dont think its a coincidense that they look the same, & that paimon doesnt know anything.. plus the archons dont help aether to find his sister even tho they have the power to do so.. so maybe it has to do with the contract that prevents them to tell anything related to that time, thats why morax is on tsaritssa side

I have to say kaenriah had some astounding technology

The intelligence of khaneriah probably has no limits imagine if they made 1000 clones of archon's or even celestia they will screwed and khaneriah will rule the world or even universe due to their advancement. There was an indication that the ancient civilization of Dragonspine had tried to create something similar to the Tower of Babel, only to be struck down in their attempts to reach "heights beyond their capability". Another reason it might not be Aether and Lumine is because it says that the crowned princess does not remember anything though Lumine clearly remember she and her brother traveled together through worlds.

Wait but Khaenriah didn't have a god, right?
paimon does have the same cloak as Dainsleif, the same starry space on the underside.

I thought it was obvious that it was not Aether and Lumine. I play as Lumine and it still says that the crown princess was decieved. Same story.
Hey I also want to share a theory
What if the princess used her last magic to create paimon before she got currupted and was sent to teyvat to guide us and end this whole thing.
Oh that's interesting it could also explain why the look so similar and why she has so much knowledge

@@meh9008 (First reply)
Yeah I find it really odd how Paimon was just randomly drowning at the start of the Traveller’s story even though she can literally float.
What if the unknown god wants history to repeat, and that’s why she separated Lumine and Aether…
She wanted Lumine to become corrupted, and she wants Aether to become cursed like Dainsleif?
Then Paimon will guide the next Traveller since maybe paimons been living in teyvat for hundreds of years, learning and guiding each Traveller that comes by
Okay this is my theory:
Paimon is the only memory left by The Unknown God for Dainsleif and Dainsleif used it to guide the travel into his plan.

2:01 I LOVED HOW YOU USED THAT AMBER CLIP IT FITS SO WELL

Also, according to a mondstat quest line on the unmarked island, Venti was friends with a God who could control time.
I have a theory that can probably be disproven but not a complete loss:
What if paimon is the unknown goddess and Lumine (or the sibling that you don't choose) overthrows that unknown goddess who, as a result, turns into paimon.
Kaeya will die and Jean will
die.
(That’s the end)
Damn the way you explained that makes it sound like you already seen the ending .
Really cool theory though.

I mean, even if it turned out that those siblings were Aether and Lumine, it wouldn't make sense since both can canonically be the Traveler or the Abyss. Maybe the primogems are kinda like how the celestia could be the one giving the visions. So when we wish, it's from the celestia giving us visions except the visions are players with visions and thats why when we wish, it's like a shooting star since celestia is up in the sky. (idk if this makes sense lol)
And aether and lumine are searching for a new home
Literally just watched about 5 theory videos about khaenri'ah, twins, kaeya, dainsleif at 2am ... my mind cannot comprehend all this anymore huhu
I always thought it was strange that when you leave the teapot it says “going back to your home world” not going back to teyvat
Yeag Same here I thought that was weird as well and I started to think that maybe the traveler title is supposed to fool us he could still be a traveler but this could have been his their birth world
Along with all the other Paimon theories, I never saw this one, and i might be wrong but
Whenever you open the Paimon menu, everything else freezes, you stop mid flight, the wind stops, even the enemies stop.
Honestly this was interesting. I love seeing everyone’s different theories 💕
Omg I clicked this video because I never it was Aether or Lumine and just wanted to leave a comment saying "I thought it was Dainsleif and the unknown goddess?" There can be two crowned royals in a kingdom. A crowned prince and a crowned princess. They'd be considered the crowned heirs though usually only the prince will inherent the kingdom. The princess might inherent a title/position from her mother but very rarely does a princess inherit the throne even if she's an adult and the prince is still an infant.
Your right i hadn't considered that
Tbh i think the bp story is just... A story. A story to have something for "in universe" to explain bp so it doesnt break immersion too hard
Zhongli's eyes be like: 👁️👄👁️
Its likely that the unknown god is the crowned princess and they made the other sibling a boy because mihoyo thought that most players would choose aether over lumine. (just a theory)
That's possible but they were wrong most ppl actually choose lumine
Plus in most of mihoyo stuff they have aether as the traveler
@@gorousfoot8048 Mihoyo already said that it was purely for consistency.

Ok but here's my theory: as a honkai impact player the evil princess/queen looks alot like kiana in her evil state I mean look at the hair and eyes the look strangely alike as well as her outfit and in honkai impact most of the fighting happens in the sky meaning that there's a possibility that the evil princess/queen is kiana but in a different time line

i remember Aether (I picked lumie) mentioned that the reason why khaenri'ah was destroyed was because Dani (my nickname for him) left and remember how when the sister left to find the pearl. now I know how he said that Dani was the "twilight sword" or something (I forgot), what if he was that twilight sword guy thing and then he became the ruler of kheanri'ah, because his sister was gone for a long time he must have gotten worried and left to find her and receive the pearl, that's the reason why kheanri'ah was destroyed beacsue he didn't do his role as the ruler which was to protect his people and kingdom. therefore Dain is the prince in the story and his sister is the "unknown god" BOOM but ofc its just my theory
MY THEORY OF LUMINE AND AETHER (I’m just reposting to get some feedback) :
If they really were from khaenri’ah then they’d be part of the abyss.
I think this is pretty interesting now you've got me thinking what almighty god rules all the gods
I think I dose represent khaenri'ah it would me allot of sense since albedo and kaeya have that mark aswell
Paimon is so sus that I wish to time travel to the future just to know what is up with her and genshin
Lol same it kinda sucks that we have to wait years to know some things
I really like this theory. I like how mihoyo keeps us guessing, it brings the community together.
Like this so others can see please
this is quite a good theory, i like it! personally i think paimon is sent by the unknown god to stay with MC throughout their journey to get information on them- ofc thats also just a theory and not everything fits in with it, but its a fun thing to think about!

I always thought it was Venti's way to tell the story about the Travelers after the story is over.
I BELIEVE IN THIS THEORY!! im here before after 5 years recommendation
thanks Zang
Is it possible that paimon is actually the subdued consciousness of the princess "her good side" ?
it's possible
I'm not gonna lie this theory is good! And it also not a straight forward theory as it has all those connections which make sense!! I always thought that the two heirs were the Twins, but I just realized that the male one doesn't have Aether's braid.
And the fact of Dainsleif and The Sustainer being siblings only makes the story more interesting and exciting to uncover!! Nice Video!
Thank you so much FanaticPage012 I'm really glad you enjoyed
Very good theory keep up the good work
thanks, ill do my best to keep up the standard
I probably agree with you since Aether/Lumine said that ‘ Dain is my / our enemy’ . So Probably Aether/Lumine knew Dain is slidings with the Unknown god. And the Unknown god took Aether first then Lumine ( or the other way around ), So probably Aether/Lumine knew who Dain and the Unknown god is since the Unknown god took away the twins power and send them off to different places. Then Aether / Lumine probably explore around the place that the first twin got send off to and probably Aether/Lumine found info from that world from Dain and the Unknown God
( it’s just my theory )
They probably made the brother the crown prince since they believed that the princess was dead. Though the brother didn’t believe this and set off in his own journey to find the original crown Princess.
I never once thought it was the travelers. I always just assumed it was someone else because there's literally nothing similar between them expect the fact they're siblings in bith cases.
Lol Sama's now I just feel stupid
Me: it's just a theory let's just wait how mihoyo does the story. Who knows maybe we all got it all wrong.
Lol yup you never know it could be the most unexpected thing in the world
Personally, i dont think that the blue haired heirs are specifically the twins.

After hearing the trailer that Dansleif said: " Order me to Step-aside" or something gives me the vibes there will be a Dains boss fight
Yh I think so to I hope they make it epic and they build a great story around it
literally thought it was Chongyun when I first saw it.
Lol
I feel as if this story is hinting at something, royalty. I feel like they still resemble aether and lumine, and are hinting at them being some kind of royalty, oddly enough, the world where aether and lumine are born in / their home world is not mentioned at all, nor are their other family, odd right?
Your right I'm just now remembering that there not form that world omg what if in the future of genshin or another game we get to explore the entire Mihoyo universe now that's cool
Their home was briefly mentioned when the traveller wanted to tell Venti that his eyes remind them of their hometown
@@bethanymcgonigle Where/when?
Now i have a theory that the unknown god is the last seelie who can make a regular wolf into a god (Andrius). Atleast its explain that she can take Aether’s a bit of memory of his power and his power it self. I mean look, her hair just like the seelies! (Sorry for wasting your time to read this)

hmmm what if Kheanri'ah IS the kingdom from where are the royal siblings from Venti's story? and as the video says the Sustainer is the older sister and Dainsleif is the younger brother, but when the Sustainer got in contact with the Pearl or trought her journey to find it the Celestia witch as we know is against the prosperity of Kheanri'ah coprrupts the sister, eraising her memory and making her think she is the Susteiner of Heavenly principles, then sending her to destroy Kkeanri'ah. we know that that the people of Kheanri'ah got transformed into the monsters of the abyss, but as we see from Keaya's character story where is confirmed that he is from Kheanri'ah that there is a posibility a part of Kheanri'ah 's people to escape the cataclism and the transformation
Damn, off topic but you speak so well!!! You get to the topic fast and you are enthusiastic wich makes it harder to just leave.
Thanks so much this really lifted my spirits I appreciate it.
