You should have also said the standard test also has an error of +/- 10%. The test strictly categorised any product which falls below the amount of protein the label mentioned as mislabelled without keeping the possibility of error in mind.
Love using your whey. Not a fan of the packaging though. The sealing zipper keeps coming out and it does not seal properly. Could be a one off case. Will try another pack next month to see.
they seems to have changed packaging on mango one though. Personally I liked the zip one more. It never gave me any problem. Not sure about this new packaging

Hey TWT team, in Trustified's report there were traces of Cadmium (heavy metal) found in your protein powder. Could you please explain this or mention what steps the TWT team has taken to correct this?
I believe in the TWT's messaging and am currently on my second pack of your Protein Powder. But my belief in your brand was a bit shaken when I saw the report which showed traces of Cadmium in the protein I am consuming.

It is the concentration of the heavy metals that's a cause for concern.

Hahaha bro they didn't even say ON was bad... I mean you can use what you prefer but there is no reason to stop using ON, it did pretty well in the research paper test and the test by trustified!
@@sirgobbledygook I loved ON, but the only gripe I had with ON is the artificial sweetners. Which leads to Intestinal Mucosal inflammation in the long run. And that's an issue with all Whey protein manufacturers more or less. Even OneScience, Ultimate Nutrition they all have the same issue.

Such a poor bioavailability and it does cause acne for everyone..! It’s only for people with poor gut function. May be u have a weak gut

@sidprad we're talking about isolate here. Soy and hemp protein isolate is absolutely comparable to whey. Whey is hardly biological inert either. Milk has plenty hormones in it too.

Can you confirm whether your protien powder has no metals like lead, arsenic etc?
Our products do not have heavy metals, there might be traces in a few which are way under FSSAI’s permissible limits.
It is way too expensive and that too for one kg! You get top brands in India with 30g protein for even little lesser!

Why did you change the packaging though for mango flavour? The older packaging was really handy. This new packaging reeks of cheapness and cost cutting measures from your side. Not expected honestly
Since mango variant has real fruit, it attracts moisture, the powder would form lumps but the press on zipper will make sure your packet is seal at all times. This solves for the issue people were facing with the previous zipper packaging.
It isn’t a cost saving measure, but a modification made to provide better experience.
