    Me waiting for "The whole truth" protein powder 🤩🤩🤩. And any suggestions on Is sattu a great alternative to protein powder 🤔🤔??

      Heyy, sattu is great but the calories per gram of protein is too high. So I wouldn't call it a perfect substitute for protein powders.

    Could you have a curated list of powders on your website with some guidelines? Would make it very easy for people like me who want to use a good powder but can't find the time to research

    I believe lactose-intolerant people can consume whey protein, esp. whey isolates. There is minimal to no lactose in whey protein powders.

    Every protein powder available in market is added with artificial sweetener and emulsifier..... question is that how we can make a clean protein powder at home?

      I think most brands have an 'unsweetened' option. Guess we need to look at the ingredients of that

    Hey, I agree with most of the things but Artificial sweetners related information in this video. Its apparently half baked truth. The researches that you talked about might be facts but when considered a daily consumption of those, they far much outweight the any possible risks when compared with any other more commercially available and used sweetner like sugar as the quantities are very minute.

    Is “Soy Lecithin” as a emulsifier safe?

    • @rishikeshaditya4960
      @rishikeshaditya4960 2 роки тому +2

      Great question. Soy Lecithin is by far the safest emulsifier. It's also added in very small quantities and is barely noticeable to your body. If you buy unflavored whey, you have nothing to fear as they only have two ingredients: Whey and Soy Lecithin.

    • @cauliflowerhead2735
      @cauliflowerhead2735 2 роки тому

      In small quantities lecithin is fine. From what I've read this is what I've gathered, but I'm no dietician.

    Dude now you're selling the same whey isolate for 7000 rupees with the usual "whole some", "cleanest " tags. Im confused, should i buy your isolate whey if i dont go to gym, dont exercise, but want good protein intake and dont mind the unflavoured whey.
