When will we finally come to our collective senses and END THE FED?
How on Earth does it ever make sense to use debt as money - AT INTEREST?

Why you didn’t mention that high inflation was also due to the oil crisis in meddle East and OPEC position regarding conflict with Israel. I e the inflation was not only US origin , but imported and was partially result of monopolistic decision by OPEC

this aged like milk, right now the inflation is almost 10% in the EU

And it was almost 10 percent this summer in the US. What's your point? The Euro is a fiat currency and the ECB also embarked on massive QE in the 2020-2021 period.

@@ProfessorBarth don't get upset, I wasn't disrespecting you.. just a reaction you made during the video. like if the monetary system was doing good instead the current situation is showing otherwise.
      Btw I liked your lectures!!

I must have misunderstood your comment -- not that I don't welcome disagreement! Thanks for watching Anas.

Watching this in 2023, glad that the Fed is still being tight with policy brought inflation down to 4% with the longest period of unemployment under 4% in US history and over 13 million new jobs since President Biden took office
