- So we are doing a Hyderabad street food tour and we tried this super cripsy rava dosa at Hotel Tamilnaadu which is famous for authentic South Indian food, mostly Tamil food. #streetfood #indianstreetfood

PS : Whoever is commenting about broom, Wooden broom stick is used to remove water they were doing since old decades, keep separate broom.
Obvious they r using seperate & clean broom which is meant only for cooking

Why does it matter if they put butter or oil? Essentially same thing. Cheese is def optional.

Using jhaadu is not a problem if its kept separate n used for a particular purpose but we all are finding it yucky bc its reminding us of the time when it was used in our house for cleaning the bathroom/toilet bfr the plastic one

The best thing...serving on bananaleaf..This is the best way to serve which is common in tamilnaadu and in few places of godavari districts...over and above the dosage was prepared as dosage rather than a pijjaaa.

For those many comments about using broom!
Incase you don't know, this is a very common thing used for decades to reduce heat in the tawa by pouring water and wiping it.
He must have used a cloth.

if you are in hyderabad, then visit either Sindhi Colony or Hanuman Tekdi in Tilak Road for best street foods
This place is a few kms from my house. It’s actually famous for parrota mostly. And to all that are commenting about the broom being used , it’s common practice in South Indian many hotels use that.
While your here amachi Mumbai try out pista house and paradise haleem both are famous for their exports outside , there are other famous ones as well but try those to first.

@@chepuripavan ade anukunna ekkado chusinattundhi ani but didnt try, they might taste good because they maintain that standards,. Andal mixture shop has been there since 95, they had very humble beginning from a make shift shop to rented premises and now a fully owned premises.
