Heyo Kai, thanks for this vid! I suppose it depends on the company, but I'm becoming a tad confused about various cases I've encountered with the E Pass. You have confirmed as well that E Pass sponsorship is difficult, and it's not helped by the fact that the requirements for it are raised every few years and that the criteria for it is clear: highly skilled and experienced candidates. And yet I've come across a few folks already who were fresh grads or had minimal experience and secured E Pass sponsorship, where even ideal candidates struggle. Though I suppose the former is still the extreme exception.
Hey Kai. How would it work for UK citizens who have the chance to move to SG with their existing job (e.g. software dev) in their own country? We have a work abroad policy for 60 working days and then would look to continue that. What kind or residency permit would I be looking at and how do the government respond to foreigners doing this?
Hey. Your video has been super helpful! I am early in my career atm, but I’m looking for work in Singapore rn. Would anyone have any additional advice for me from a UK perspective to transfer over here! Thanks man
Hi Kai! I just have some questions: So you’re saying it will not be easy for me to get an EP since I live here in Paris?🗼 But I’m a Filipino. Also, do you think is it better to go there and find a job personally or look online while I’m here? I want to secure a job before coming there but is it easier to find a job if I’m there? Thank you.

Best to get a job before arriving. Doesn’t matter where you are based or where you are from.
