Yea, because they aren't really corn dogs. The first one uses churro dough. Another uses ramen dough. From what I can tell, none of them are usually actual deepfried cornmeal batter.

I'm kinda mad this doesn't exist here in the US. Now I want to make it myself. Corn dogs and stuff like it are my favorite. If it was possible for me to travel, not to mention affordable, I would come there just for this food truck.
If there's a high enough Korean population in your area, it's likely that this sort of hotdog place exists around you. There are quite a few of places that make this kind of hotdog in Southern California.

South Korean street food is truly mouthwatering. I think I would take a trip just to eat my fill of these delicious snacks/meals. Haha.
