Drum instructor/vlogger Joe Gansas recently challenged a bunch of us to step out of the box. He assigned artists that were completely away from some obvious comfort zones (for many, including me) and he gave me Adele. He told me any song of hers would do so I chose When We Were Young (the live version recorded at Church Studios) taking the challenge further, sailing even less familiar waters than initially anticipated. This is my interpretation of a more obscure side of Adele.
I recorded all the percussion and drum parts myself. Like most of my previous play-alongs, I get the drumless part using the Moises app (apps.apple.com.... They’re not one of my sponsors but I’ve had inquiries from people about it.
