I'm always surprised when I hear other men say they find it difficult being alone. I mean, why would being alone be worse than being in a relationship that's making you miserable?
I think some people need companionship more than others. Check out Jordan Peterson’s personality lecture series on UA-cam. For the MOST part men have less agreeable personalities and don’t have the emotional connection to people as much as things, cars, etc, alone hobbies. But there are exceptions. I think those that can’t be alone probably never explored themselves enough to be comfortable being alone. I agree it is better to be alone than in relationship after relationship of misery for sure.

The information on ending was just gold...
I will never forget when I worked at Target as a kid, I liked this one girl. She made a list of all her needs that she had a mutual coworker give me. The list had a bunch of things on it. I will never forget one of the lines was:
4). Gold gold gold!!
Needless to say it was a huge turnoff and I was glad I found out then!! That list on the fridge he mentioned reminded me of gold loving Lauren haha good times.

Without this guidance, I started making a list after my separation because I didn't want to end up in the same situation ever again. Not that I found the one or anything but I have found an interest good women that check most of the boxes. So far his spot on as far as I can tell. Time will tell.

I once was about to sleep with a girl and told her to go lay down and for whatever reason she got up and started rambling on about something fir a few minutes and I looked at her and said I thought I told you to go lay day and she did and the s3x was the shit. Definitely do this but playfully. It works
35:47 Using Dr Glover example, a female's Shlt test is HER list of 5 Must Haves, 5 Must Not haves.
A male's shlt test to a woman is Qualification, (or using Glover's example, your male list of 5 must haves 5 must not haves. (i.e Must not Haves #1 Keeps her phone away during a date)
. So if she pulls it out, you tell her words to the effect of " I dont date girl that pulls her phone out during a datex. If she puts it away, she passes your qualification/shlt test, if she doesn't then she fails that test.
ShltTest aka Fitness Test
Very wise man here indeed however the “good ender” / “good human being” is not important whatsoever as a matter of fact it is basically against the overall “no more mister nice” direction. There is no good method for ending a relationship, period. Most of the females will be resentful in any case. So be it.
Good ender to me also means just ending things quickly with honesty and assertiveness rather than clinging and leaning into codependency

Women construe shit tests as being mean in front of their parents , friends , co workers in a crowded bar or venue. Those embarrassing experiences is why most guys dont approach anymore
Recently divorced been on shitloads of dates.. I'm buying this book I've fucked up meny times.
I disagree with the asking for her number part of this. Always put the ball in their court and give your number. Asking for a girl’s number and then calling it right there puts them on the spot and in my opinion it makes you out to be a tad desperate
I totally agree. I gave a girl my number last summer, and she called me a day and a half later. They need that time to decide whether or not they want you having their number and whether or not they want to fuck with you. They don't feel on the spot when you give them a slip of paper with your number on it.
