*It might sound weird but garlic herb cream cheese, fresh scallions, and pickeled jalapenos on a hot dog (on a brioche bun) is beyond delicious! Give it a try.*
Keep up the good work! This video was top notch! Thoroughly enjoyed every second and now I’m Hungary!! we are definitely going to have to work the beet harvest just to pay for all the Alaska food….. someday! Still dreaming of Alaska….sigh
My fiancé and I are going to Alaska on our third cruise in September we are so excited! Looking for good places to get Crab. Your video was fun and informative!
I ate out maybe 5x while there..which is a lot for me...and picked up covid somewhere along the way, even though I always got my food to go. Glad you guys had a good time 😊
Well done fam from an Alaskan native! Homer and Valdez are awesome and don't forget Talkeetna next trip, there's enough cool food/stuff there for a whole episode!
The best shrimp I've ever had was in Wells, Maine at Mike's Clam shack. Wild Maine shrimp. And I've eaten lots of Alaska shrimp. Maybe it was the cooks??
"Elves are Santa's Little Helpers, not Reindeer!" OMG that cracked me up. Love your guys' energy, your tour. Wish I could've met you guys in person while you were here in Alaska. And....I would've totally cooked an authentic Alaska Native meal for you. I have a video about driving to AK from WA (non-van) in my channel if anyone is interested. However, just a fair warning, AK is a very expensive place to visit in the summer time. But it sure shows its beauty off during that season as well:) Cheers, looking forward to watching your other videos.
@@Meghanandmatt get in touch with me if you do. Would love to connect. I gave Katherine a bunch of tips before they came here last summer, their channel is Adventures of A+K. She loved Taco King that I told her to try. Love seeing all the videos on Alaska, hare to cover it all in one visit:)
Going to catchg up your videos and then some! There is "Head Cheese" Made from Moose Nose and other parts. Hope you get some of that. You could probably only get it from a local Moose Hunter.
So your telling me you travel to Alaska not knowing deadliest catch is the main supply source for restaurants and you have no clue what duck farts are? Lol. Rip Phil Harris that man is a legend ❤️
Most every place I look at to eat king crab legs in alaska says they serve frozen crab legs, even the famous Tracey's. Does humpy's alaskan alehouse actually serve fresh crab legs like you say in your video??
It’s been a couple years since we were in Alaska and I don’t remember the specifics of this video but I believe we liked the king crab legs at Skagway fish company better than at Humpy’s. Things may have changed with what/how they serve so I’d recommend calling and asking

Alaska has so much great seafood!

Thanks Lennie! We would have loved to go to Talkeetna but timing and weather didn’t work in our favor. We’ll be back to Alaska for sure!

Reindeer were introduced by the American government, in the same sense of the government trying to force American Indians to become farmers
69 rs we be auto's camaro
To bad you all weren't able to eat actual native Alaskan food. P.s. the salmons not farmed like what you'll by downstates
Yeah it would have been a cool experience to really get to try some Native Alaskan dishes
Butter on everything, so American. Bitter is not for seafood.
Where are you from?
Why don't you show the food more instead of your faces?
Why don’t you go make your own food videos how you like them?
Your paying way too much your getting so ripped off
