Kraven, Scorpion, Vulture, Electro, Rhino and Hydro Man are definitely must have minifigs to add to this…I also recommend Captain America Sam Wilson hair piece for Blade.

Okay, here's an idea: An electrical/pipe/maintenance room. It could have gray pipe pieces with valves to control water, a circuit breaker, a generator, and cleaning supplies. If you so desired, you could put Electro and Hydro Man in here
I cannot wait to see all this. My man, I PRAY that someday we'll get classic comic versions of Shocker, Electro, Rhino, Kingpin, Morbius, Chameleon, Lizard etc.

Hobgoblin and MJ are both missing. They should really be included to be the ultimate Spider-Man set
Here's two suggestions if you're interested, One Jessica Jones, She worked at the Daily Bugle for a stint during the comics and she's the exact kind of character you'd think lego would put only in this type of eighteen plus set, and Two a newsroom specifically the one depicted on the jumbotron type screen which is absent from the interior.
I’m definitely making an Electro build for him coming out of the power box at ground floor- might try some of these mods across the series too.

Nevermind lol not intriguing at all anymore once you read the contradicting response from Mark Stafford. They didn't want Michelle Jones from the MCU and Mary Jane Watson (O.G Comics) confusing the fans who are going to spend the money on this set... Seems like LEGO as a whole just assumed we are all to incompetent to grasp the multiverse they and Marvel are presenting to us. Two Gwen's isn't just as confusing or contradictory though, right LEGO?

What if you made this into a Spider-Man NWH set; being the 3 Spider-Man (although I know you wanted real Lego, there some that looks like tobey and Andrew) doctor strange, I dunno maybe sandman growing on some of the building? I dunno just suggestions
Dude I am all about this. I bought this last month, and have yet to build it. I'm not allowed to touch it until Christmas according to my wife haha since it's technically my Christmas gift. Can't wait to see what you do this. I've been wanting to build a similar Marvel building for the Fantastic Four, the Baxter Building. Honestly, I'm not sure what else you could add to this to make it more like the Spiderman universe other than some more characters. Maybe the Punisher van?

As far as figs go, I think it goes without saying any of the classic appearance characters we’ve got from 2014-2021 are must haves-Vulture, Kraven, Scorpion, Taskmaster, Wolverine, etc. I long for the day we get a classic Electro, and Fantastic 4 figures as I’m dying to have a Human Torch to hang with Spidey.
I’m super excited to see someone tackle something like this. I have an idea that I’m looking to implement as another level to the building however I haven’t got around to BrickLinking the parts. Anyways, the idea being Just The Facts premiered in Spider-Man PS4. But it would be awesome to see this implemented in your video. Go ahead and feel free to contact me for any ideas because I would love to live vicariously through you and help you curate a wonderful MOD and truly memorialize this absolute beauty of a set.

I think that there can be better versions of some characters in the set like the doc ock in the tentacle trap set or the green goblin in the bridge battle set, but still a good charcter selection overall.
