One small thing I like about this set is the non-functioning elevator. It helps visualize how the minifigs got to each floor in the building, one thing most sets overlook. I think you could do more stuff like that like bathrooms and a janitorial closet.
For the mini figures add a kingpin to go with daredevil. Here’s a design I have for it Have either the angry clone head or lex Luther head Have the torso and and legs from the joker from the D.C minifigure series Add tan hands Add 1x1 white tiles on each foot to make him taller Make a cane using black cats diamond, a grey light saber hilt, and a grey stick
I still think that a maitenance room would be cool to see. However, maybe you could add some kind of observation deck on the top? You know, with those binoculars to look through, radio antennae, and a tourist or two. Maybe someone like Flash Thompson, Harry Osborn, or Debra Whitman? P.S. Could you do an Oscorp Tower in the future?
Regarding Easter eggs for this moc, there's already so many in the set maybe have some MCU spidey references, maybe an iron spider or homemade suit behind the bins at the back. Also you should definitely add all of the original sinister 6 figures that would he awesome

Something I would absolutely love for you to do is have the sam rami Spider-Man suit hanging up somewhere as an homage to Spider-Man 2 where jjj has the suit hanging on the wall.
I would absolutely love to see a ice man, kingpin (big fig), deadpool, electro, mj, and miles Morales minifigure (heck, even comic version of ned leeds) therefore rounding that up to a good 31 (or 32 if you want ned) to the set

Idk if someone said this idea but what about a photo development room where Peter Parker (and maybe eddy brock or Phil urich) can develop photos (maybe even pictures of spiderman!). You could maybe light it up with red lights instead of normal white ones to make it look like it’s proper conditions for photo development.
It was just that most of the pictures on the episode were dark tan but then I realised you bought a whole other daily bugle and it might take a lot of work just to change the colours
How are the minifigures suppose to get out every floor needs a elevator and the fire scape doesnt go completely down, how are the citizens suppose to escape
Since Black Cat is in the set. Maybe you could make one of the little “stakeout” side missions from the PS4 game. Like the little camera set up maybe a sleeping bag and a plush/pet cat.
It could be cool to add a floor underneath the street of a sewer/ subway system. You could recreate the battle in Spider-Man 3 where he fights sandman. It could be cool. Anyway good luck man I can’t wait to see how it turns out!

I know it seems like a stretch but do you think you can make other side builds like a pizza place, the high school or peters apartment? It would be could seeing that next to the bugle make it seem like a whole New York vibe
Alright so hear me out. Buy a third Daily Bugle set so then you can double the width of the building and increase the set of floors by a factor of 2. So it would be 6 stories tall with a double lay out which I think would look nicer to minifigure scale.

How about changing the colour scheme from grey to beige so it's more comic book accurate
there have been grey Daily bugles i actually like it more grey then tan or dark tan
