Hey Chris, For those of us interested in owning a car wash, I would love to hear more about the economics behind this: what did you pay/how much is the lease? How much is the total cost of renovation? What are you expecting to make in year 1? How are you managing this car was from a distance (money and trash collection, etc?)

Nice job Chris. Would like to see a brief video segment on the roof of this carwash. And maybe a segment on how you do the install of new coinboxes in the front of the carwash to show how you extend the existing wires and such things regarding a short move from inside to outside the carwash. By the way, have you ever seen a brand new modern (built in the last 3 or 4 years) of a carwash? Is everything nice and tidy and new in the motor room of a place like that? I ask because I get the feeling that as much as you or anyone else renovates their motor/pump room, it always has a disorderly and old oily look to it. Congrats on your new carwash.
Yeah I will film around the coin box instal. Running new wire. I like to get old run down car washes which come with old motor room because they’ll typically walk away from it and give it to me through a lease. If it was nice and new they would sell it. Plus I’m mostly concerned with how the car wash itself looks and runs more than how the motor room looks as I’m the only one in there. But I know what you mean.

I’ll be honest in the last two days if I could do this, I would get a loan if I need to and put in a soft touch and a touchless system in each of the bays that way I can make some extra money like automatic go to my car wash

Our car wash has that same ceiling opening in the equipment room- water comes through everytime it rains. What are those for?
