I learned this when I was doing a deaf challenge run of this game. Fun fact, coin toss is goddamn impossible without audio.
I found the car one not too difficult but they let me through after miserably failing coin toss
i found this on on claptrap. literally harder than final remix, which _has_ claptrap in it.
@@linkthepringlesman3951 All you gotta do is play the music in your head or count to three, that's how I did it. Look at the timer at the start, you will see how fast it progresses. You just have to remember the speed and tempo.
Fun Fact: The person you play as in Fruit Basket is named Courtney. They also have several different things they can think about besides the spider, such as a game of Tic-Tac-Toe, a dog, a hamburger and a shake, themself as a skateboard, a panda, and a pink version of themself

Yeah, I was disappointed too when I found out that there's no lesbian basketball court.
i'm sure chat was yelling at you about this, but certain remixes in this game have lyrics in japanese that never got localized. you can access the original lyrics by going into the cafe and changing the language to japanese. also believe it or not the ground with a face on it in fruit basket is a she and is named courtney according to some psuedo-official source or something
Chat was indeed yelling about this in the last hour leading up to the first remix. To the point where I think he saw it but chose to end the stream before doing it with japanese voices as a bit
Oddly enough, Courtney is male. ...as much as a sentient street can be, but... yeah. Still funny how the name was revealed through the Nintendo Badge Arcade of all places.

I'm pretty sure the kerning issue is from Citra's side. The text does not appear they way on real hardware.
I noticed this as well while playing Tomodachi Life on Citra. I'm willing to be the real font is coming from the system BIOS like the Mii's and swear filter. You gotta fuck around with the spelling on 3DS like "fuhcking" but on citra that goes in no problem.

now for something a bit long (you don't have to read it if you don't want to just don't be an ass about it)
the reason why there's only lyrics in certain remixes with the japanese audio is because this game had a...let's say, a small, localization budget...i don't know exactly why they lowered the budget (maybe due to nintendo thinking there's little interest for the series in the US/EU/etc) but whatever the reason is, that smaller budget forced them to use midi instruments in remixes that had lyrics in the english audio rather than properly translating and getting new singers to do it like before in fever and DS

there is a reason to play through all the versions of the gatekeepers trials! it unlocks the game as a proper endless game in the museum if memory serves correct.

Gray, if you do end up playing the Metroid 2 trilogy, maybe 3 videos would work better than 1 big video? I know that'll be a lot of main channel Metroid 2, but I think that way you could potentially hand off the editing on one of the parts to someone else. Idk, but I would love to see it in some way.

Having never seen this one in action before, I assumed it was a lot better than it was. This one really looks like it sucks, as far as a rhythm heaven game goes
it's a mixed bag in my eyes
the new minigames are either forgettable as hell or some of my faves
the first tutorial minigames suck ass though, they're a waste of slots that could be used on bringing back more minigames
it gets better later, the first ones are boring
The tutorial is the entire first half of the game, they made baby mode versions of a majority of the returning minigames instead of making new minigames
