On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile 2022 Gandiablasco presents the new collections designed by Sebastian Herkner and José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales.
With ISLA Herkner explores ways of inhabiting outdoor spaces through irregular shapes, resulting in a more versatile, inviting and unique seating system. ISLA comes in seven colour combinations and three different modules, called Menorca, Gomera and Arosa.
José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales presents IBZ and GB MODULAR.
IBZ is characterised by lean and straight lines and by the great sturdiness of the structure of each of the designs that compose it, including a sofa, a lounge chair, a pouf and coffee table. The cubic and essential forms of all the elements of the series evoke the purity of lines and the typical volumetry of Ibizan vernacular architecture.
The GB MODULAR embracing the concepts of modularity and minimalism and giving them a new meaning. Through a simple, but effective design, José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales creates as a starting point three dining tables and three benches made of aluminum profiles that maintain the same dimensions in terms of width and thickness, but differ in length.
