Thanks it greatly helped me, although I had to remove the heating part, (orange colour). This is oen step further than the point you start wraping up. One will need it as long as, the paper jam is in the orange roller. The paper is heated, very tightly set and there is no other way than to remove that "drum" as well... That is something requiring additional screws, plus cables in order to remove. Special attention in order to put it back.... I could not have reached there if I did not ahve the support of Jerry Computers !! Thumbs up !!

thanks for video. How do you get paper out of the upper/lower frame where aper was stuck. our paper is jammed in the roller and we cant get the part out to get aper out. thanks

The problem for me is that when I look in that back area I don't have any paper stuck there. And yet I keep getting a paper jam. :(
