I've been getting the same questions both on Reddit and here so short FAQ here I guess:
    1. "Stalcraft won't actually use more than 2 GB of RAM"
In most cases this is true, but there are some point where it does, and I've seen over 3 GB of utilization, it just depends on what's going on.
    2. "Sketchy launch options/doesn't paste"
You can paste the full launch option if you use Ctrl + A in the launch option box first, and I agree that it is a sketchy launch option especially with the IP. I assume this is merely sclauncher confirming updates or connecting to servers.
Use at your own risk I guess?

The launch options don't even allow that many characters...

Yeah I noticed that, too. You just have to try multiple times and it eventually pastes the whole thing

@@Lynxium_ It doesn't save, look at it again and it's cut. You do get 8gb ram but why all the extra stuff then...?

Tbh I don't think the game will ever use more than 2gb so this is effectively useless

@@Mikko3m The game utilizes over 3 GB for me in some cases. As for the extra stuff, I'm not 100% sure on it as this is just a command taken from the RU server, it just works.

@@Lynxium_Brother don’t paste everything you find on the internet, there’s some random IP address in that command line and it’s for an upload command, I don’t know what, but you’re sending your data over there lol

    Open CMD with Admin rights:
    set _JAVA_OPTIONS="-Xmx8g"
    Reboot
    That's it.
It will add new environment variable that will increase max pool of ram for all JAVA used in OS
If you want to delete it then open CMD with Admin rights:
    setx _JAVA_OPTIONS
Also you can delete it via environment variable GUI or in regedit >HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment\
