How did these hold up? I'm debating if I should just buy these and if they will last a decent amount of time, or bite the bullet and get something more expensive like BC or bilsteins.

I bought the M Style caps and I personally don’t use them. They don’t look right on the base model E90 plus it’ll make u look like a poser
