Beautiful home and finishes and a great size to downsize to. If I knew I could easily find a job, we would move up from Miami. We are on septic here, but unsure how I feel about well water. Seems the easy part might be finding one of these lovely new builds. Who's the builder on this one?

To be honest a lot of folks are coming up from Miami due to how congested it has become along with its affordability issue. Ocala isn’t anything like Miami, but many have visited and decided to make it home. Plenty of options for new construction, but they do move quite fast because of their affordability. @@iamjosegreyes Need to get up there to visit the area. My husband was born and raised here in Miami and I've lived here since I was 5. So yes, we've seen it change and it's ridiculously overcrowded. Our daughter graduated from UCF and now lives in Clermont. Not sure about timing, but definitely Ocala is on our radar. Seems like an up and coming area.
@@askssk715 yes many families I’ve been able to help move from Miami have told me more or less the same about Miami. You wouldn’t have any issues selling down there because houses fly off the market. I would suggest taking a day or two to visit Ocala. It’s steadily growing, more now than ever. There is a lot of growth coming to the city. Yet they will conserve the equestrian aspect of it which is what Ocala is best known for. Ocala is soo affordable. I wish it was closer to the city.

Not so affordable, just not so outrageously overpriced.
Saludos Reyes habrá casas nuevas en los 200 k de dos habitaciones y un baño con otro baño y medio. Que no tengan hoa y cdd? Es que todo lo que veo son de tres y cuatro habitaciones. Somos adultos mayores de 69 y 74 años . Gracias muy buenos sus videos .
