Thank you for making this videos. They give me the idea what can I expect and what I should do.
Loving this course thank you!
You have a gift of communication...
truly helpful. Thanks!
These videos are great mate, thank you. I'm considering buying a motorbike (Vespa) but I've never ridden one before. I can drive a car, but worried about getting on a motorbike. I'm less worried now thanks to you.
the best tutorial.....thanks u so much.
Glad you liked it!
More trucking videos please. It's been awhile you're back on UA-cam
Best trainer ever
Thank You for the video- turning corners was a bit intimidating.
Thanks
very helpful friend
Glad to hear that
As a beginner scooter rider, I’ve learned a lot from your videos. I was very disappointed when you didn’t cover cornering in any of them as this is an area in which I struggle. Will you be publishing a video on turns an corners soon? Thanks!
Hi - thanks for your kind words. I plan to do more videos as soon as a have a spare weekend (and my cameraman is also free).
Yes and I am very curious about what a ‘throttle’ is!
@@MAYK1NG The throttle is the accelerator, your right-hand handle in this case
Goooood
can the throttle and brakes in slow speeds effective in combi brakes?
So I use the break similarly like I would use a clutch?
I learned how to ride clutch and now I got a big 200kg schooter, and my trottle is jerky and I don't have a clutch to smooth it out. I should do it with the break? It does makes sense....🤔
Cool ass bike.
Hi great information What scooter is this
Primavera 150cc
Riding with a reasonably heavy pillion, especially for a short rider like me I find it quite challenging to stop & move off, I sometimes trip when I stop, guess I gotta go to a gym
I understand. Another option... get a bike with a bigger engine.
Small bike culture out in SE Asia looks amazing. I suppose the warmth makes the difference.
Yes indeed... only problem is when you stuck in traffic, it is stinking hot, you're wearing protective clothing & you are breathing in fumes. Other than that is fun!
@@ianwatsons Yeah, the fumes here are surprisingly overlooked by people.
Didn't know they drive on the left side in Thailand.
Which brake should be my go too brake? And what % of each of both??
Rear brake for controlling the bike (turns, steading, take off, slowing down, etc.) and then both when I actually want to stop or I need to slow down swiftly.
@@ianwatsons thanks.
@@ianwatsons Excellent 👌🏼
Word of warning: after watching this video, I went to do some acceleration and breaking drills. Alternating between back, front and both breaks, I gradually increased my speed and distance to get out of my comfort zone. I crashed when trying just the front break. So a caveat would have been useful to a noob like me. I got some road rash.
Oh no - so sorry to hear! In my experience as a trainer... many problems occur when beginners grabbing that front brake (in other words "you are not alone").
Is this an automatic scooter,
@@blessingsbvocho7850 it was automatic
Isn't it mandatory to just rear brake more than front
Rear brake is the go-to-brake.
Can you tell me your scooter name?
primavera 150cc --- it's great for a busy busy city (I live in Bangkok).
are they in thai? i see thai language in background
yes - in Bangkok
