thank you for your videos and I have a question why did in 15:35 why did we put the v=0? he didnt say the train was moving with constant speed

When the train stops ,its final V becomes 0. Therefore by finding the time when the train stops (which is t=59.67) we can put it in the equation of S to find the total distance which is 2230.
The track was 4000m but the train travelled only 2230. It travelled less. It doesn't matter if this moving at constant v or not because the final stopping velocity will be 0 ( it is when the train comes at rest and we know at rest v=0).

Hey, can you please upload the solution of newer S2 papers if that’s possible? I don’t find any videos of new S2 solutions whereas M1 solutions are comparatively more available, if you could upload the solutions of s2 of new papers, that would really mean a lot ❤

Unfortunately, I cannot. It will always be hard to find solutions to the newer papers unless someone does them anonymously. This is because it would break Edexcel copyright and they would flag the video with UA-cam, this would me people potentially losing their channel. I believe it is only papers over 9 months old that are allowed, although the rules changed during covid and the length of time was increased. I am unsure if they have changed back.
I got caught out with this last year, so am being extra careful not to infridge any copyrights this year.
Sorry I could not help further.
