Prestige is my favourite film of 2006. I love it more than Departed. It's one of the good movies of Nolan, as post Dark Knight , he changed his style, I love his old ones.

Bacause the "german democratic republic" (DDR) was kind of under control by the communist russia. the "state safety" (Staatssicherheit) looked for potential enemies of the DDR which would be capitalists.
the point of the g. novel was so dumbed down and ,actually,missed The acting(aside from Hugo Weaving) is atrocious It tries to imitate the matrix with some scenes that are so ridiculous And it had a horrible impact on the real world It is just an edgy movie trying way to hard to be deep

Is it safe to say that my favorite movie that turned 10 years old this year is Cars? It's one of my all time favorite movie and one of those movie I love but what everyone seem to hate. What makes this movie an underrated gen is its realistic and incredible animation, soundtrack, action scenes, creative culture, memorable and creative characters, and the actors did a great job with their performances.

My favorite 2006 film from 10 years is..."Babel." One of the best Alejandro González Iñárritu's classic film whatever it is "Birdman" or "The Relevant." However, this movie is mind blowing about group of people in each side are the ones that they follow up as a rule that they need to pay attention whatever they listen or broken. This movie is fantastic. Pitt and Blanchett's performance were fantastic and seeing Pitt's crying is very emotional. My favorite film of all time.

In my opinion:1. Pan's Labyrinth. 2. The Departed. 3. Casino Royale. 4. The Prestige. 5. The Lives of Others. 6. Children of Men. 7. Borat. 8. Blood Diamond. 9. Babel. 10. V for Vendetta. 11. Half Nelson. 12. Little Miss Sunshine. 13. United 93 14. Letters from Iwo Jima. 15. This is England 16. Inside Man 17. 300. 18. The Fountain. Kind of hard to pick, though. It was a great year for film.
ATL should have been mentioned. It is still a classic.
Some of these picks continue to elude me. Little Miss Sunshine & Pan's Labyrinth, two flicks that were praised for their originality and excitement were the total opposite for me.
