Würd mich jucken auf Deutsch zu fragen, aber da der Channel in englischer Sprache ist: Did you ever print your own stls/files/etc.pp. (and if yes, how did it work out) or only the provided ones? Or asked in another way: How does the conception of CAD-Modelling for clay look like (I guess long straight walls like in a standard pla 3d print are not possible/instable)? Is there only one mode for the printer, where it is extruding by a constant speed/constant adjustable flow rate? Or is it possible to print two separated objects at once (where at each layer height the extrusion got to be stopped and continued at the other object)? Did you also burn the clay models to ceramic (if yes, what was the experience)? Do you think a DIY Prusa mk3/4 mod for clay can be equally good (or is there something, what can the Tronxy Moore 1 is able to do a DIY solution can't)? Are the surfaces and the housing of the printer clay proof in the daily use (I think clay is getting in everywhere, when you are dealing with it regularly)?

Das hierzu gibt's hier: ua-cam.com/video/ERHDO-4U3oE/v-deo.html In Sachen CAD muss man wie immer beim 3D-Druck die Besonderheiten des Druckers und verwendeten Materials beachten. Neben der Wandstärke ist Bridging, also das Überbrücken von Strukturen problematisch. Hier gilt: Ausprobieren und Erfahrungen sammeln. Der Vorteil von Ton ist, dass Fehldrucke komplett recyclet werden können. Drucken im "Vasenmodus", also mit konstanter Extrusionsrate funktioniert am besten, es geht aber auch mit Unterbrechungen. Auch hier gilt:Ausprobieren. Einen Brennofen besitze ich nicht, daher habe ich diesbezüglich noch keine Experimente unternommen. Wer kann, kann auch jeden anderen Drucker modifizieren, aber man sollte Zeit und Geld nicht unterschätzen, die in solch eine Umrüstung investiert werden müssen. Wie viel von dem Ton an Stellen gelangt, wo dieses Material nicht hin gehört, liegt an der eigenen Arbeitsweise ;-)
I've got one of these, and I can not get it to print. The clay keeps solidifying in the nozzle. How do I prevent this? I watered it down a lot, and it still keeps clogging.
Excellent video for those getting into 3d printing with clay. I like how you played with extrusion rates to get different results ;)
