I'm glad you covered this. The biggest mistake i made was thinking that "friends with benefits " era was good for me. Songs by Beyonce and Rihanna promoting being a bad girl and promoting that a woman can be as sexual as a man. This mentality ruined my life and my relationship with God. I thought it was normal to behave like man and sleep or entertain different men for fun. I lost my life and almost lost my soul. Now i know what they mean whenthey say certain music is demonic it can suggest that you do things that will degrade you in the end. 😢now its all coming back

That life is terrible for men too. But what can we do,can't control people.

why do you blame Rihanna, Beyonce and music for your own choices, are you trying so hard to make yourself feel like an innocent victim ..Rihanna and Beyonce are entertainers no one forced you to listen to their music and I am certain there are millions of girls listened to them and didnt whore afterwards so what would make you a special expection, you did all of that because your appetite wanted no one force you to whore around, you did voluntarily so to avoid feeling guilty you want to convenience yourself it was not your fault, blaming people for your promiscuous past is cowardness you are not innocent or best of God's creature as you may think.

It’s as bad for men as it is for women but you know why they won’t mention it?! Because it has been normalised for that gender for long.
Just sit down with a few men and hear what being hyper sexual did to them. You’ll actually understand a lot about male behaviour.
The same goes to understanding a behaviour of a woman who had been molested as a child.

i agree with you, when you say certain music is demonic because it promotes giving into your intrusive thoughts AKA Lusting, Envy, Hate and violence sugar coating it, to making it sound as though it is cool. When the reality of the matter is far from that

I remember my first time at a pub. This guy who I'd respectfully rejected grabbed me by the wrist and asked me what I was doing there. He explained gore I don't belong there, but I was there for a friend's fashion show, so I didn't think much of it.
You're so right. Certain behaviors place you in specific category. Someone else may think,"Who the hell does he think he is?. As a brother, he was guiding me and I'm thankful he saw me as someone he needed to watch out for even though i had rejected him.

I'm not for the streets infact I don't even drink or go out clubbing but I'm also not the wife material type because I don't want people to expect me to do shores just because I'm a woman and my parents treat my brothers and I equally with that, we even take turns to wash the dishes or clean the house.

@ In the xhosa culture when you are referred to as umakoti, she's expected to do chores in her in-laws households and is obliged to dress a certain way or she will be shamed if she doesn't do any of these things(I know a few families who've left this type of discrimination though)

Yes and I think the same way woman are prepared to be wives, men need to be prepared to be husbands. Most relationships these days are 50/50, we both go to work and make money to support the household so we must also both do household chores.

Wow, you have just described my ex. My ex is exactly that "a lot of women" you are describing.
I didn't know that I was going through a traumatic experience of being feminized by a masculine woman at the time.
Thanks for the work you are doing Sihle. They are going to call you a "pick me" but we are here for you.

To those women who say they wont be traditional/Godly women because they dont want men to reap the benefits while they get nothing I say, you must first seek validation from God for he is the one who guides us through life, and as a tradional/Godly woman or wife material God will give you the wisdom to see a Godly man, because the bible teaches that a Godly man honours and sacrifices for his wife and puts her interests before his, and he guides his relationship according to God's will, therefore there is nothing wrong with being traditional because you're not doing it for men but rather to please your heavenly father, you are keeping yourself pure in His name so that he can guide you moving forward so that you can find a man that will honour you and the principles you live by as a traditional/Godly woman in the name of God, and once you meet the right man, it is then both your responsibilities to ensure that you put God first in that relationship and serve him trough your unity as oppose to keeping tabs on who does more in the relationship, your first priority is God and after that its selflessness and sacrifice for each other and being each other's pillars of strengh..

a woman worth marrying is a Virgin, even the bible states that if a man marries a Woman who is touched , He is committing a sin even if they married. thats why Those type of marridges are not blessed...They last only for that 7 or10 years till the woman requests divorce

Yep ..great point I also noticed that woman want to do what man are doing but as for man we are even thinking of doing what woman are doing....I also have female family members that did the same thing but I told you'll never be better than a man on being a man rather be yourself or woman...that's how a woman wins.

Wife material one who cooperates(work together with others toward a common goal or purpose. It involves individuals or groups collaborating by sharing resources, information, or efforts to achieve something more efficiently than they could independently) in simple terms,
    Non wife material not cooperative,
The opposite of cooperate is compete or resist.

A decent man or more will always voluntarily give their partner the world specially if she is wife material, she will never even have to ask. This is because man have a natural proclivity to provide and protect but as soon as the conditions or dynamics change in the relations or they are off from the onset men will be selfish and self centered.
