    Don't be demotivated...Meri weight 90 tha...Abb jakar after two years regular gym aur diet se 59 hua hay...Mujhe toh 53 karna hay...Aur ek baat bolu bura mat maniye aap... Daily weight check mat kijiye...Yeh thik nahin hota hay body aur mind ke liye...Aap jo kar rahi ho pura discipline aur dedication se kijiye... Diet pura maintain kijiye...Keep it up...
