Hey, Michael I've hear people say that the trolley wheels are a gimmick. Have you found them useful? Been wanting to buy a 40 lbs scooter but only if they have these wheels, too heavy otherwise.

I bought this 2 years ago.. Good scootet but I didn't give it much use. Anyway I notice a have a flat tired that doesn't pump up. Apparently a hole somewhere. How do I order a new tire and get it changed.?

I had to buy the Fluidride Horizon. It's the same scooter minus the front brake, carry handle and trolley wheels.

Good question, we'll be making a follow-up video on this in the near-future. As shipped, the scooter is 'moderately' water-resistant, can be used in light-rain, wet roads, but no Electric Scooter is fully 'water-proof'.
WheelingAround The screw at 3:19 on the stem, it rotates with the screw on the opposite side of the scooter simultaneously.. how do I get this to tighten appropriately so that my stem doesn’t wobble so much? Obviously, some give is acceptable but mine is too loose.
