I have seen quite a few comments in reddit that mention that the speaker will automatically switch off/shut down after a period of 15 minute. Does that happen to you and if it does, do you find the solution to it? Thank you in advance.
So these have a standby mode, which makes the speakers go into standby if no sound has been played for a while, possibly around 15 mins. But when you do play sound they turn back on. I guess they chose to go this way for power saving. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way of disabling this, but I don't think I want to, it really doesn't create a problem for me. I've had them a while now and these still are my favourite PC speakers, the sound is so good!
Walked into a store and they had these speakers. I must say I was pretty impressed with the frequency separation. Made me stop and listen. Very clean sounding. I was amazed with the low end of such tiny desk speakers. Great value for the price. My pair should arrive today or tomorrow
Yea, they are still a great pair of speakers, I'm now fully JBL Quantum, I've got the Quantum 600 headset and Quantum 50 earbuds for the laptop. They are seriously underrated in the gaming world!
Parachute falls here from Brazil, there are still few videos about this box in my language, but the detail about the product made me believe that it really is worth having one of these. Thank you brother!
That's pretty good English, even some colloquial character in there as well as decent grammar....nice speakers too brother...try and avoid 'OMG' next time. Cheers!
hey! great rewiew i left a like! got a question though, if I want to use this for my pc and pc only with aux cable, would these need to be charged or or do the come with a cable to connect to pc or to your wall so that they always get power and not needing to be charged? I've only owned wireless jbl speakers and I would love these for my pc if they do not need to be charged. also, how is the experience with them so far after some months?
Hey, Glad you enjoyed it 😀 These don't contain a battery so they will need to be powered by the mains. They also have USB but thats more for the controls. Overall, they are a great set of speakers and still worth my recommendation 😀
Hey, I don't have experience with the Anker but I would definitely recommend these over the flip 5, they're in a different league all together, the flip series is designed for portability but these are designed to stay on your desk, they are more powerful too
Hey! I was hoping you could help me out with this quantum duo speaker. While using it for a few minutes (approx 30-45mins) it just turns itself off. Have you experience this as well?
These can be used standalone as Bluetooth and as TV speakers as long as you have an aux connection, you just don't need to connect the USB in that case
I have the series x man and I've just ordered these speakers and am waiting on my gaming monitor so am guessing you can hook it up through the monitor can't you?
O yea, definitely for metal and I'm saying that as someone who listens to it a lot 😂 Traditionally they are designed as PC Speakers with a Bluetooth option
@@Tech-With-Dom to be honest with that money I can buy a bt speaker like edifier or audioengine which is supposedly more suitable for music.and its strange jbl doesn't have bt monitors
I don't think they do, I haven't tried though. As far as I'm aware they are Bluetooth but input so you could connect from your phone etc... Hope this helps 😀
Yea, It was there for photos and videos temporarily so that the background looks better. In terms of my setup, a lot has changed, there will be a video real soon 😀

They would look amazing in my setup!

Thanks! Glad you've enjoyed it! 😀 The track info and links are in the description of the video in the credits section

I dont know why it has a small power in Watt. Should be over 100W.

Thank you so much for the reply! Definitely makes me want to get them more will probably invest in these soon. Thank you so much!
although I have cheap headphones from a PC gaming kit, it was heard well in bass and sound
They are a really good set of speakers, probably the best you can get for the price
Dude this jbl quantum duo speakers will look good with rgb eureka gaming
Booom!! just ordered it!
I have a series x setup with msi gaming monitor so this should be all shit hot
this or razer nommo?
how many watts consume?
Do you prefer this quantum duo for games and movie rather using 2 flip 5 or 1 anker motion plus?
Hey, I don't have experience with the Anker but I would definitely recommend these over the flip 5, they're in a different league all together, the flip series is designed for portability but these are designed to stay on your desk, they are more powerful too
Can you lay it down on its side? My monitor is not tall and I don't have much space around my desk.
They're not designed to be laid down on the side but, I don't see any reason to why you can't do it anyway
is this better than the logitech z407?

Hi, no I haven't, I would get in touch with the place you brought it from
@@Tech-With-Dom alright. thanks man!
Would i need a pc to connect these speakers as i will only be using these for the new xbox and playstation with one monitor

Can someone tell me why the speakers turning off after a small while of not using them en how to disable the power off function?
Mine don't do that, I haven't came across this issue yet. Might be worthwhile contacting JBL
Yes i have this problem as well, also seem to be a very low volume.
connect with the 3.5mm jack cable the problem happens when you use usb
jbl quantum duo or g560?
I haven't used the G560's but they do look pretty impressive
Are they recommended for audio files as well?
I mean in terms of sound quality they are amazing

btw..can you still really feel the bass on that speaker even on 100% volume?..
Yea
good to know..on their portable speaker like the charge 4 it lacks bass when you hit 70% to 100% volume..i'm disappointed with jbl..
@@Tech-With-Dom btw you can edit your video title..it spells quantum wrong..
