I moved to Waltham from Natick last summer and I love it. Waltham has so many great restaurants, parks, trails and close to Boston!
Thank you for your comment, @Sean S., I really love Waltham too and spend a lot of time there. It is also going through major beautification, I am sure in 5 years we will not recognize it anymore.
My daughter attends Bentley University. Waltham is beautiful!

Thank you Noune for the video. I am an international student from Lebanon and might be doing my master's at Brandeis University (Fall 2023). Still, I am looking up living expenses and my biggest concern is rent as I am going on a full-ride scholarship and have a limited income because my visa won't me to get a job and get better paid in case I needed it. Could you provide me with rough numbers concerning the cheapest room I could find around campus and if $1.5-2K will be good for my living expenses , including rent?
@Nazih Raychouni, if you are living with roommates, budget at least $1000+/-, for one room. Living expenses - very hard to say. Your utilities will be around $300+/-, food, depends if you will be cooking at home or buying ready-made. Food is not cheap - at least $20 per meal if you eat out. Hope that helps.

@Emma Xue Gong, yes, there are many rentals in Waltham. Usually for 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment the prices are $2300 +

JUST TO GIVE U AN IDEA, AT THE SENIOR CENTER THERE ARE ABOUT 14 COMPUTERS THAT ARE NEVER USED. THE PEOPLE THAT DO NOTHING ALL DAY DO NOT WANT U IN THE BUILDING. SO THEY PUT PASS WORDS ON THE COMPUTERS BUT NEVER LET U USE THEM AS THE PASS WORDS THAT THEY GIVE OUT DO NOT WORK. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MY OWN COMPUTER AT HOME SHE STATED THAT I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A COMPUTER. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOTHING ALL DAY. THEY ARE ALWAY SAYING WE ARE CLOSING EARLY TODAY AFTER THEY DID NOTYHING ALL DAY!!!!!
