Every time Olivia has a conversation with Mellie it makes her become distant towards Fitz. The first time on the campaign trail when he brought Mellie to her cabin after she was waiting to be with him, and then when Mellie brought Olivia the flagpin that Olivia gave him for the inauguaration ball, and now this. I'm not condoning cheating and being a mistress but this is clearly not a typical affair where it's just sexual. Both Olivia and Fitz ended up falling in love with the other and as much as they try to stay away it's like a boomerang they always come back around. Now the Andrew situation I don't see how any other time Fitz listens to Olivia but this one he stood his ground. Maybe because he thought they were friends that he could trust him but hell he shouldve learned from Jake being with Olivia that he can't trust nobody close to him.
