    Edit: I now have a post on my Patreon (upper tier) sharing the 21 AUM presets for Mass I used in this video: www.patreon.com/posts/here-are-21-i-my-116391850
    Post continued: This lovely, quirky midi sequencer and generator came out last week. Very few people seem to have realised how powerful and interesting it is. I hope this video goes some way to changing that! The manual is clear but takes a few hours of reading and experimenting to digest. The real fun begins when you understand the basics and then start playing. Let me know what you think in the comments! Link is here, and info can be found at the bottom of this post.

    🟪 2. Using my Plugin Boutique and repeated links
    The Appstore has not had an affiliate system since 2017, so clicking on AppStore links on my vids gives me no support. But if you are buying desktop plugins, you can use my Plugin Boutique link. Thnx Ed! Many people never read manuals so they have no idea of the amount of work needed to regularly learn apps to the point that you can actually make a useful, clear, informed and reasonably articulate video on an app, while trying to demo it in a musical way. And then doing that week after week, year after year!

    Patreon is sooooo well worth it! The amount of apps i’ve been lucky enough to win through your giveaways Gav, easily has covered my $$ outlay for patreon membership. To any crew that’s into their iOS music production, be it seriously or just as a side hobby, Gav’s patreon is such a valuable resource and is well worth the coin.

    This SeqApp is really super. Kind of difficult to figure out its options, unless you are playing around with the app. A more direct access to the different PARTs instead of swiping the menu would be nice. Nevertheless: Love it 😊👌. Thanx 4 the vid Mr. Gavinski!

    • @GavinskisTutorials
      @GavinskisTutorials  6 днів тому +1

      Cheers bro, yeah the swiping can get a bit tedious and I do get accidental swipes from time to time when doing something else. It's definitely an app for which most users will need to read the manual, or watch a thorough vid like this one, it's cool tho!

    • @nobatttroll6205
      @nobatttroll6205 6 днів тому

      @ The manual is not too long, has a good structure with cross-references and it really helps to understand the details. Just one: maybe in a future update there could be a colour-coding option for the PARTSs? Nice this would be.

    • @GavinskisTutorials
      @GavinskisTutorials  6 днів тому +1

      @nobatttroll6205 ah, that’s a nice idea. The manual is not long, it is quite dense tho, and to fully grasp it you kind of need to experiment with the app in one hand and the manual in the other. Good manual tho for sure

    • @GavinskisTutorials
      @GavinskisTutorials  7 днів тому +1

      @@GavinskisTutorials you should make a video about it there's alot of those kind of video on youtube but not in 2024 and most of them arent really well made and you know very well those apps so it should be a very good video

      @ZlPPENHAFT yes but tbh the number of apps I regularly use is very small, so I forget the features of apps I did vids on before which I rarely now use, and it is a massive amount of work to review and collate all the tools and to be thorough and fair!

  • @ChingkayAudio
    @ChingkayAudio 7 днів тому +4

    definitely a nice one, although a lot question left unanswered. Any idea how to get hold of the manual? His website is extremely basic and only shoes a link to a short promo video.... / Different subject: anyone, who thinks that $15,- is too much for such an app, really has no idea, how much time is necessary to code something like this. Their perception of values seems completely corrupted - let these developers enjoy a decent living, which enables them to develop and maintain such projects, otherwise our IOS world has no chance to stay healthy and grow.

      I fully agree. Devs and viewers also really need to ensure the wellbeing of UA-camrs like me in this space, while we're on the topic! There is really an incredible amount of entitlement these days, it's very saddening,

    I totally forgot to write some Lines…As I mentioned earlier - this app looks Beautiful!
    I guess you can have a relaxing and chilled time with it, just „pushing the balls gently“.
    A great add-on - for those taking it more relaxing it could offer themes!
    A useful addition could be a „game mode“ - that one ball is controllable via external control - this could mean gamepad, midi-controls, OSC,…
    Maybe different „physics“ - e.g. that the balls are magnetic repellent, magnetic attractive or that other balls can be „hunted“ by the controllable ball - and after been caught - disappear/change their characteristics…
