Bro I need your help, Would you be so kind and help me out with some guidelines on how to set up the machine according to different roast profiles? like im having trouble pulling my shots. Did you mess with the OPV? what temperature average are you using for light and medium roasts? also dark roasts. etc... Awesome setup thank you!
